I have avoided this thread because I don't like complaining. LOL little did I know how funny it was till now. I do not think the ads suck, but our TRU closed, our Kmart closed, our Sears closed, I avoid Walmart (partly because they open during my Thanksgiving family time), I avoid the rush at Best Buy, and I try not to go to the Kohl's store (that's one for online!) Plus, I already have ordered and received all my throws for this year...lol. Sooo what's left. Menards, yep I'll stand in that line and fight the crowd. But, that ad isn't here yet. Yesterday, I exchanged my cable box with the cable company so it was compatible. Now, I'm looking for a good DVD player that will upscale/upconvert?? whichever it is. From what I've read and looking at the ads I'm contiplating: Samsung M9500 Sony UBP X700 or 800 LG UBK80 (Because of the good price at Meijer) am I totally off in my thinking.......what would you guys suggest?

Can you add more camera's to that? We want to up grade to a wire-less system. I like the wrap too, wonder if it comes in more colors. Might go well for the ladies on my list (along with their throws I already got from Kohls).

You just sparked an idea for me for someone for Christmas. A portable scanner would be a handy way for someone with a lot of photo albums to scan and upload and save or share their memories.

In some cases you may even be able to get it cheaper right now. For instance the Kohl’s one day sale had the throws at the BF prices and they had a 20% off coupon. I knew I want them so I got them early and cheaper.

I've only done it one year, and this year I've been collecting for it all year. However, look at it this way. If you did 20 then each person has a potential chance of getting 3 each. If you wanted each person to have a chance at getting 5 gifts each then you would be looking at 30-35 things.

Yep, if we had a Kmart left near us I would totally do my annual BF morning lay-a-way. It was a great way to extend the money available on BF, yet still get the deals.
