This was the reply that I got from Represent after 12 AM last night. Its funny how their website says answers in 24 hrs but email says 72. As to the "auto reply" , I DID NOT get and auto reply and all Brad(as far as I know) got was a "aww? NO!".I do believe this company is reputable but just doesnt give a crap about the "little" order till you start giving them grief...Thanks again Brad ...YOU ROCK. Thanks so much for reaching out! As mentioned on our auto reply, emails take up to 72 hours to be answered because of the heavy volume. These shirts were shipped today (on time) and you should see scans in the next 24-48 hours. Thank you Brad!!!.... if they read the email I sent they were none to happy...Wasn't nasty, just very"warden" like as my 4 children like to say. ( I went for the firm" I take no prisoners" attitude) backed up with facts. NOBODY messes with my Gottadeal goodies...LOL

Finally received a shipping notice on shirt,don't know if it was because of the email I sent or what. Just glad i got it.

Is it me or are all the ads that have been posted just "blah" to say the least, Kohl's seems to have about 1/3 less than they usually do and no real "blockbuster" sale items. There are a few things I'd like, but no real WOW items....might be a disappointing BF if this trend continues...Brad thanks for all you do...too bad YOU cant create the sales for us...lol

The event looks like it might be a good thing...problem is it is in select stores and i cant get the site to tell me WHAT stores.. anybody know the answer. This is not for me but for relatives who rely on me and gottadeal to get this info for them...Should I start charging...lol

Just a side note ...take care switching carriers. I live in a rural area and even though on coverage maps I should have at least "good service"...I have found that with at least 2 carriers I can barely get a signal. This is not due to being in a valley or obstruction(I live on top of a hill). Make sure you can return or cancel, at no cost, if this becomes the case with you..and get it in writing.This has saved us twice to date.

One of the best tips I can think of is wear a bluetooth headset and use your phone to keep in contact with your shopping buddies. This way you can pass info and pick up items for each other since very few things are ever where they are supposed to be.This also makes it easier to meet up and checkout together,

We used to have the same thing at my walmart...and it worked great..The problems here have really escalated since the went to the early hours. We get a lot of "lookie loos" and a ton of kids. Most of these people have no idea how to behave in a BF environment and definetely don"t coral their children. I do think that a ticket system closer to BB or Target model might work better, but with what I have seen i'm not sure that anything short of going back to early morning hours would help. Just my opinion.

Usually on BF...then on Christmas morning while I make the rounds, DH performs "the annual ripping down of the Christmas crap" his words not mine (and this is the man who loves Christmas as much as a 5 yr old)....But to be honest it's nice to have my house back to normal by 3pm Christmas day
