I'm in Ohio too and cant believe how are schools are waiting to make a decision about calling school especially with what temps are coming..We are a rural community so are kids do have to wait outside for lengthy periods of time for buses ,not including the kids that wait at cluster stops or have to walk. I drive mine but not all have that luxury. Here in ohio they no longer have a set number of calamity days..they went to a number of hours the kids have to go per year so it should not be a factor, I know our school could go 19 days less and still meet the criteria.. they are just nuts .

OKAAY!!! Now if you believe you are going to be allowed to sleep in a hospital I want to be perscribed the drugs they are giving YOU...LOL (nurses have no choice but to wake you up...docs orders) So glad recuperation is moving along...good thoughts still coming your way

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! been up since 3 am est ...DH couldn't wait any longer( who knew the biggest baby would be the 65 year old...lol)

I have had a Farberware AF for over two years and love it. last year I bought the Airfryer oven ( one on tv ) as we love rotisserie food, I was really disappointed , followed all directions and food still touched the screens covering the heating elements...needless to say the food stuck to it and could not truly be cleaned off. .. so back it went. As to weather air fryers help with the kids doing their own cooking the answer is YES!!! Both my 16 and 18 at the time took to it likes ducks to water. In fact when the 18 y/o moved to college it was #1 on his list of must haves( even before the electronics) In fact I know he uses it at least 4-5 times a weeks because i got the "how long in the AF" text or phone call that often for the first 3 months. On another note my daughter had one sitting on her counter unused for 2 years till i went down in Oct.( birth of GS) to help her with older kids. I showed her how to use it(she never asked me), now her HUSBAND is cooking in it and wants a bigger or second one because he can operate it and LOVES the way food turns out. ( he's getting a second one for Christmas).. A MUST HAVE IN MY HOUSE

we were having shipping issues with Amazon too.. Started late May..ended up throwing a fit because even though we had prime everything was taking 6-7 days for delivery.. they ended up refunding my prime but still keeping it active( so essentially the year is free).. and low and behold after I griped and made a big deal about it our delivery times returned to normal. we noticed that this did not affect the larger markets where ALL of the Prime perks are available, just those NOT buy a larger city.When I told them this was essentially illegal (charging same for different levels of service) they were pretty quick to back down. I have to wonder if they were "testing" the market to see if they would get push back from those affected. Well with me they lost the bet.

Hey Brad...if your thinking about something special for club members I have an idea...with all the crowds,bumping,and shoving how about something like a fanny pack..fits cards ,keys,money,and other needed items. Its small, useful and easy to keep track of. I use one every year and found out it is THE WAY to go...not the height of fashion but in this crime ridden society it is a prudent and smart item just like ALL of the GD BF club members...What do you guys think?( plus size wont matter and it"s not gender specific.)
