  1. Usually, they are different items in toy book vs black friday. If there's something you wanted in the toy book, I'd buy it now.
  2. Congrats all and thanks for the interesting items.
  3. I'd be happy with Monday. Plenty going on with Halloween this weekend anyway. And Mondays with ads always help make the day go by faster
  4. I believe the contest is over, but I know I like seeing everything everyone else posts so I'll still post this: For the camper and and techie... http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BQHET9O http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/61hC3fzqlkL._SX522_.jpg
  5. Especially these days! While waiting in line, you can do even more BF shopping on the internet for online sales
  6. Sorry, but I do have to side with her on this one. That would be absolutely hilarious...
  7. It's not the Black Friday openings that are crazy; it's the 4pm THANKSGIVING DAY openings that are just not called for. For them, it's just a half-***ed PR stunt that probably won't change anyone's opinion of them. Fine by me, though.
  8. Isn't XBox 360 old news at this point; replaced by XBox One? Much similar as to not expect anything from PS3, either. Or maybe 360 & One are completely different lines of systems (the last one I actually bought was Wii so I'm out of touch on the latest).
  9. My DD5 & DS4 love these to be able to learn to pour their own milk/juice/water. It's also much better than having to fill their cup every 8 seconds (right after you've finally gotten your food and no more than 3 seconds after you sit down). http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004ZAKV32 http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/71dikc4QnEL._SL1500_.jpg
  10. This could be a sub-category for the BF Charts that are done. That would be the perfect place to compare them all, but they are always looking for volunteers to help compile those deals and enter them into the charts. PM stationsheif and look here in this thread for more info.
  11. You can't say in one sentence that the K Cups are expensive and then in another that you could have been to Starbucks and back in another.
  12. We collect ornaments from everywhere we go and are always adding new ones each year. Also, my dad gets me the annual collectible Clemson University ornament every year (~13 years now). We put all those on our Clemson tree with orange/purple lights, all Clemson/sports themed ornaments and purple beads. GO TIGERS!!!!!
  13. Gadget for getting your kids to look at the camera and smile when trying to take their picture. I've never used it, but it's been on my wish list for a little while now. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AS5U1KQ/ http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41-oKdzjG7L._SY450_.jpg
  14. Just like back in the good ol' days!
  15. Is there a PDF, Brad? I took a peek in the Posted Ads subforum, but nothing there. Looks like the 25% off sporting goods coupon 11/1-11/7 looks like a good coupon for a bike for DS4. I would imagine that should apply.
  16. It might still be a little early for Kohl's, but I sure am hoping!!
  17. I've never had a budget. Just have to decide if it's something I want to get depending on necessity and the value of the deal.
  18. Our daughter loves these Calico Critters. She just started Kindergarten, so this school set will be perfect for her. There's a BUNCH in the set of these critters http://www.amazon.com/Calico-Critters-Country-Tree-School/dp/B00OU01MNA/ref=sr_1_1?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1445745492&sr=1-1&keywords=calico+critters+school
  19. Thanks. Yeah, we ended up having to descale it every other time we used it. Then we didn't use it at all for about a month, and it won't even get water to the brewer now. I still may be leaning toward the mini.
  20. Duh. Yeah, I completely forgot about Amazon. Of course I'll be shopping there!!
  21. I would go with my mom 15-20 years ago, but started going myself probably in 2004. Oh my, how things have changed. I've never had a warmer climate BF; always PA, NY, WI.
  22. We had one of the older models (actually still have it collecting dust on the pantry shelf) and it would always get clogged up from the hardish water we have. Eventually stopped working altogether. We would only use it about once every two weeks and just don't think that was often enough to make it last. Maybe the mini would be a good idea for us??
  23. You can't beat the thrill of still being out in the action. And to have something tangible in your hands after buying it. But with 10 stores that I want to go to, scattered all around town with opening times, who knows when....yeah, have to do some online (and make sure you can actually secure the item). I do hear stories about orders being canceled from online, but has only happened to me once, and with nothing major.
  24. Madison, WI !!!!
  25. Every year leans more and more toward online. Last year probably wasn't much of an increase toward online; it's already at 90% or higher
