  1. I already have one Fire Stick not getting used; I don't need another one of those
  2. I wonder if Amazon will go that low for BF... doubt it.
  3. HUANUO Standing Desk, Height Adjustable Sit-Stand Desktop Workstation from 6.5 to 16.5 inch This is a good option to for your monitor and keyboard which allows you the option of either sitting or standing at your computer with easy transition between each. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07149RV1K
  4. I use the garage door to allow others access to get in our house when they don't have a key, and not require to give out our garage code. Sent from my SM-G930V using GottaDEAL mobile app
  5. I have a slew of Harmony Hub remotes, and Q Garage door. That's all we have. I will be getting a Nest Camera (as baby monitor); hoping for less than the usual $149.99. I've had my eye on Philips Hue for a while, but haven't opened that can of worms. Definitely could get some switches/outlets. Debating on an echo for DD7 (she wants to ask it questions); maybe could get a few of those and use the drop-in feature, as well. Not sure if we'd be able to take advantage of more with Google Home. DW just started talking about Ring like it was the newest thing this year, so she's excited about one of those.
  6. I have 2 of these: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logitech-harmony-smart-control-black/8574049.p?skuId=8574049(picked up at BestBuy on Deal of the Day in 2016 for $38.99 each; often they are DotD for $59.99) and 1 of these: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B014PDFP9S(I'm pretty sure this was the one Brad is referring to). LOVE my Harmony Elite. Well worth the price paid. It locks up once a month and just needs rebooted, but we use it allllllll the time. Kids can turn on Netflix with the touch of the screen, set up activities for watching DVR, streaming tv, BluRay, etc. I haven't bought any lights, but those are easy to incorporate, as well. The Harmony Smart Control, I only use sporadically (on other TVs), but it's also a quality remote that works with Philips Hue, and WeMos, etc.
  7. We have the same 3-floor issue. Can it do something like ring in multiple places? We can't hear our normal doorbell ring if we are upstairs. We got an extender which seems to be failing already. All of the new ones? Echo? Dot?
  8. 1) This year we're going without a ticket system. Let's just see if people can just calmly get their own tv. 2) The moment right before everyone remembers the black friday madness is about to begin. 3) Thursday evening openings means multitasking by getting that post-turkey nap in during Black Friday shopping.
  9. Lol. "Frequent Returners Program"
  10. If I were to dream, Garmin Fenix 5. Doubtful it'll happen, though. What's a wishlist for if you can't wish for the things on it?
  11. Immediate family: wife & (now) 3 kids; extended family of a few sisters and parents. There's always a few things we get for friends and teachers and donations, too. 10-15
  12. That's awesome. Glad to hear!!
  13. There's deals but nothing more than another average furniture sale.
  14. You should just look into buying a one-time accidental warranty on DD... Sort of like AAA for accident-prone children.
  15. I add everything to the shopping list here when the ad comes out and I might be interested in it. This usually ends in duplicate items, but I'll compare those prices, opening times, and what else I need at that store before deciding where I'll get it. I also end up weeding out some unnecessary items as I re-think what I actually "need" to buy.
  16. That was really easy to do last year because still cost a little more than 1080p. This year, I feel like it's hard pressed to find 1080p. Next year, 4K might be dirt cheap. The media and streaming may not be available yet, but there's really no sense in getting 1080p when there's virtually no cost difference to have the "futuristic" 4K
  17. I thought for sure Kohl's has had them on sale. Plus, the KC you get is always a bonus.
  18. I have soooooo much catching up to do! This fall has been the busiest of my life, but I'm starting to get things together and settle in for the holidays (aka Black Friday Season). Glad to see everyone here again!
  19. Leading up to BF, or maybe it was in the weekends after BF (pretty sure before) WalMart had one of their huge online sales. I hate scrolling through their 98 pages of online deals, but since we knew we were looking for a bike, we found that one and ordered it online and had it without the BF crowd; really for essentially the same deal on BF anywhere. It's not usually a character bike, but we bought stickers and a personalized mini license plate to spruce it up.
  20. Definitely getting excited! Sent from my SM-G930V using GottaDEAL mobile app
  21. I thought of you when I was looking at these yesterday. Wondered if you'd pulled the trigger, yet.
  22. That is insanely late!!! I've had them come around 9pm before. I'm usually on full watch of my expected packages from UPS so I know when they are supposed to be here on a particular day and just watch out for them.
  23. And my recent experience: I bought $160 in merchandise. Used $130 in KC, then 20% off coupon, then some in Gift Card and the rest on Credit Card. Decided to return one item and got back the portion (prorated) back on CC, and the rest back in KC, which is good for the next month, not expiring this weekend.
  24. I had a 40% too. Didn't spend nearly that much, but made it worth my while.

    Amazon Fire TV

There were definitely sales during BF week and I think they were $74.99. I'm not sure you'll see that same deal again, but it's certainly possible as we get closer to the holidays. I highly encourage the Fire TV over the Stick if you have a wired connection available.
