I signed up for the updates and got an email yesterday that they were back in stock. I think I've changed my mind anyway and getting her a 3DS instead.

Wow that is crazy. I had an original Nook and there were no ads, anywhere. The only reason I use the Kindle app now is because there isn't a Nook app for the TouchPad. If that is the case then I would spend the extra $20 for the other Kindle that doesn't have ads. :)

Since it will be a secondary Kindle for her to bring to school I say the $79 Kindle. Plus it's smaller.

Do you have a link? You need the ad of the item you are PMing at any store. I can't just walk in and say this is $10 at Walmart so sell it to me for $10.

Ok I asked DS and he said he has that one and he beat it and it's boring. Lol. The super hard one was a Gameboy Advanced game.

Is the Tom & Jerry and older game? My son has one and hates it cuz its too hard, he's 11 and beats other games after about a week. Just FYI. :)

You should be good to go with 4. My DS wants the new Mario and Zelda for the 3DS if that helps. How old is he?

I was hoping. Haven't seen many deals in the ads so far except for a couple of bundles. Maybe there will be more to the Walmart BF ad. I really want the Zelda edition for DS. I also heard there is supposed to be a pink 3DS released Dec 10th.

Technically I gave her my DS Lite. Its pink and I even got a Princess case for it. She didn't know where it was for about two months and I said why should you get a 3DS when you don't play or even know where the DS Lite is? About 20 min later I heard her yell from under her bed "I found it!". Lol. She said she was going to play with it and show me she was more responsible so she could ask Santa for a 3DS. Lol

DS11 and DD6 asked for a 3DS for Xmas. I thought maybe DS if I found a good deal on BF, which there aren't. I thought no for DD right away because she lost my DS Lite (just found it tonight) and I heard its not good for young kids eyes. But, you should have seen her little teary eyes when I told her she couldn't ask Santa for a 3DS. Broke my heart. My kids aren't that spoiled. They only get "big" gifts for Xmas. I don't want her to be ungrateful but I also don't want her disappointed Xmas morning. I don't know what I should do...

I agree. I wouldn't go any lower than a Kindle Fire or Nook Color price range. They are $200 but worth every penny compared to the <$100 pieces of junk. IMHO. :)

I have PMed a few things at Walmart on BF. As long as they are the exact same item, which is hard to find, and it's during the exact same time as the other stores sale. You also need to bring in the ad of the other store.

Walmart will price match other stores on BF, they just won't price match on BF for something you bought before BF at Walmart for a higher amount. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that's how it goes. Understand? Oh and they will only price match if you have a Hastings near you.

I agree with the OP. This year it looks like I may go to Walmart for the 10pm sale and be home by 11pm. BF went from 7-8am to 4-5am to 9-10pm the night before! It's getting too crazy. I think anything before midnight is nuts. Thanksgiving is still a holiday and I will not have it pushed out of my life. :)

At first glance the only things interesting for me was the $30 Xbox remote and the 10 for $10 Squinkies. lol Not enough for me to miss Walmart over.

I wish it was the 3DS. My DS wants one but I'd rather he didn't. If it was that cheap I'd buy it. Lol

FYI looks like COD4 for xbox is $15 at Walmart on BF but it's $10 for the fri sat sale at TRU.

This ad looks AMAZING! Too bad around here if you want anything at BB on BF you need to miss Thanksgiving. Even more now that they open at midnight. I don't know if it's worth braving the craziness going in about 1 or 2.
