No, actually I'm in Jackson, TN which is in west TN. We have 2 superwalmarts, 4 Walgreens and countless other stores, but only one target and it's 30 minutes away from me on the other side of Jackson. Target and I just don't see much of each other, unless I'm already going to another store that's in the same shopping center. It's just not worth a trip to go to that store alone. LOL!

I quit shopping at Office Depot after they messed me up with my rewards twice in a row. And it does no good to argue or fight with them, so I've given up. In order to actually recieve any of the awards you have to make purchases with them. Since I'm not buying from them, it wouldn't do me any good to turn in the cartridges, they'd just mess me up again! I'm now shopping at Office Max.

Ours is still 75% off on the majority of items. Mostly Christmas cards and stuff I have no interest in. However, I did find the packages of 10 Christmas boxes for 50cents each. We bought three. These were regularly 3.00! My grandmother picked up some mickey mouse christmas cards for $1.25.

I found 2 oz Secret Wonderland lotions at my Bath and Body works today for $1.00. These have a coupon on the back- buy any Signature collection item and get one free, up to a $12.00 value. It's worth buying the little lotions just for the coupon in my opinion. Not that I won't use the lotion, it's my fav! The coupon is good until Jan. 26th. Just thought some of you might be interested. On a side note, has anyone recieved their membership card from the LUV club, where you get the free item each month from now through May? I haven't.

Ours never went to 75% last year, except the candy. Everything else they packed up and put out again this year!

Pink dot tags in Target Dollar Spot were 75% off today! I got Cars dry erase boards and notebooks for .25 cents each, as well as a bunch of yo-yos and other stuff! Christmas was 75% off in most areas, I think the candy might have still been 50% but there wasn't much left anyway!

HA! Kohls returns without a receipt are a joke. I took back a 13.99 candle that was given to me (as don't use candles) and only got 2.99+tax for it. Yet another reason I dislike that store. Never again... It'll go in my yard sale next time.

I'm buying for my family, which is very small. However, this year I'm teaching 4th/5th Language Arts, and I really have NO idea what to get my students for Christmas. I've never taught 9-11 year olds before! What do they like that's cheap but not obviously cheap! :)

I second this. As a teacher, Wal-Mart, Target, or similar store gift cards are GREATLY appreciated. Even $5.00 means the world to us! :) Or make up a little basket or box of supplies for the classroom. Unlike some though, I don't mind the figurines, teacher ornaments and things some people tend to buy for teachers. But I've only been teaching 2 years and haven't accumulated a vast collection of them. A simple bag of chocolate (My favorite is Dove) or homemade goodies (brownies, cookied) works too! :) On the other hand, I don't use candles - they end up in my next yard sale. I don't go to the spa - so gift cards from one won't be used and are usually non-transferable. I don't use most scented lotions as I'm sensitive to the smells. I REALLy don't mean for this to sound rude, it's just the truth.... and I'm one of those "says what she thinks" types. :)

This week Kotex products (14 - 24 count) are on sale 2 for $6. There is a $3 RR when you buy these and a $2 coupon on Coupons.com. This means you end up getting them 2/$1.00. How can you beat that. Granted, I'm posting this quite late and it ends tomorrow night, but maybe it'll help someone!

I'm clueless about GPS systems. I'd rather have maps or just stop and ask for directions. However, unless you really, really, like your current system, if you can get a new one for what it would cost to update the "old" one, then why not?

How on earth do you find out about this stuff? I could easily spend $50 on swifter products alone. I love Swifter... Do the items have to be purchased at Rite Aid to get the visa gift card? We don't have a rite aid store near us.
