  4. I buy all my dad's Nascar goodies here. No major sale, but they do have an outlet section, and you could prob find about anything that you want.
  5. That's great. I had ask if I could do that, but they refused. Said online could not make a store honor that price. Did online have the store do it, or did you call and ask them yourself?
  6. I placed an order on the 24th, and another one on the 26th. Both say in fulfillment. I had also ordered a Keurig B60 Special Edition, but it was cancelled because they say they sold out. I called and the rep told me they had alot of items that sold out, and those people who have their orders cancelled will receive an e-mail with special promocodes to try to make up for it. They really need to get their act together! Edit: Just checked their website, and they are showing it as in stock, and of course for $30.00 more but they are claiming they will honor the $119.00 price they originally had it for.
  7. I bought one of the 16" boys bikes for store pickup for my nephew, but other than that my money went to Bestbuy and Amazon.
  8. I was out later in the day yesterday, and both Bestbuy and Toysrus had them available. Looks like they are not going to be quite as impossible to find as we thought.... I am so glad to see that. Hopefully everyone who wants one will get it.

  10. Thank you, and I know you have been.... I really appreciate it! Yes, it is terrible business practice. So sorry you didn't get your Touchpad. Honestly, I suspect that may have been what happened in my case, too. They first told me they didn't get enough to fill the pre-orders, then they told me they accidently sold it during the midnight release, now they are saying they don't know where it went and it is still showing it should be available for me in the system. I'm just so glad they made it right.
  11. Whoohoo! I just got a call from Bestbuy, and they just got a shipment of Wii U's. They have it all locked up for me to pick up today. Thanks so much to all the nice folks here on Gottadeal that tried to help me find one.

  14. I have called EVERYWHERE even remotely near me. There are none available! EDIT: Well, I just talked to Walmart and they are saying it is showing as in stock because they have some in layaway. They will not have them BF. Edit Edit: Just spoke to our local BB manager, and she guarantees me a console by Christmas. I am very upset with them right now. They only had 3 pre-orders and accidently sold mine during the Midnight release. She did also confirm they have already received their trucks for BF and will not have any for the BF sale.

  16. I didn't reserve mine online. I reserved it at my local store. Yeah, I was told they only got 10 in and took way too many reserves. I don't believe that....
  17. Well, actually, I am proof that not everyone who pre-ordered one got one, and yes, I wanted it very badly.
  18. I'm glad you got yours for your son. It is very discouraging when you go to pick that thing up and it's not there. What really made me mad was Walmart had them in stock Sunday morning and had I known that they wouldn't have it for me, I could have been there to grab one. So I guess there is hope that I may get one by Christmas, going by what you were told..... The young lady I talked to told me she would guarantee I would have one next Friday, but I just don't know whether to trust that or not. If I can find one, I will buy it and let them sell that one to someone else.
  19. Well, I hope everyone that wanted a Wii U got one. I put mine on reserve at Bestbuy 09/14. I went to pick it up tonight, and was told they took too many pre-orders and did not have one for me. They claim they only received 10 for those on reserve. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Maybe my local store is just incompetent. I have a feeling they plan on having some Friday because she told me they would hold me one from next Friday's shipment. Not so sure I should trust them to do that. I ask about this Friday and she acted funny and said that's Black Friday.
