OK called customer service and she said it would be 6 packages of 3 cubes so 18 cubes total.

it sounds like there are 3 cubes in each package and there are six packages in the 'unit' so 1 of these SHOULD be 18 cubes. I want to order but don't want a mess like Noelp had with her razors....I should just call and ask then order.

It's in with the ink cartridges. Ask one of the workers to point it out to you. Very clear directions and east to use! MUCH cheaper than buying ink cartridges! Cost is about$20 each (for black and color) I get around 4 refills out of the color and at least 10 or 12 out of the black! Not sure how it is with pictures. I don't print them I order prints or get them at rite aid.

Amgispso buy the refill kit @ staples very easy and much cheaper to refill ink cartridges.
