  1. Just got back from Target. Got great baby/toddler toys as 50% off - Fisher Price Toddler push cart, VTech Driver Cart toy, forget the names, excuse this grandma - but great bargains, they were going fast. The IMPORTANT stuff: I saw the T-Rex Spike at 24.50 - there were about 6 of them at the Target in Houston, Tx on SW Freeway at HW6. If you are looking, might try there. I am going to the Target at Richmond/Rosenberg Brazon Crossing tomorrow. Will post if I find there.
  2. Forgot to mention, I found the Magic Chef 3.1 Cubic Foot Stainless Steel Compact Refridge I was looking for. Great for sodas, water, etc. It's dorm size. I bought two this evening, Reg. $129.99 50% off for $64.98. I checked out right before the store closed. If anyone in DFW area is looking for these, there are at least 4 left at Target Store at Marsh Lane and Beltline Road in Dallas. But I bet they will be gone by later tomorrow. I have been watching these in about 8 stores for the last two weeks. Had to go to 5 stores before I found any!
  3. I've done several of the Huggies coupons deals on wipes (different coupons printed by members of my family - all legal). For the first time, the cashier questioned me tonight, called over her supervisior. She asked if the coupon had to be used on "diapers" - I told the supervisior it said "diaper product" and if they meant it to be just diapers wouldn't they have said "diapers"? She said, if it scans, it's OK - which of course it did. I thanked her and she said no problem, as long as the coupon scans or inputs manually, that's all she is required to do. Very nice supervisor! I agree that all the stores are marking down the same items at different times. I've been following stuff in a couple of stores, mostly infants clothing. All the stores have marked down the particular items except one or two stores in DFW area. But I was told by department people that the markdown schedules were flexible store to store.
  4. Just picked up the Bolt and Lilo movies tonight: 15.99 - $10 instant rebate, $15.99 - $10 coupon = $12.98 for both movies, then I will send in for the "Dinner and a Movie" rebate $4. previously mentioned. You guys are the greatest!!!!
  5. Does anyone know if the Magic Chef 3.1 Mini Fridge's made this current round of kitchen markdowns? They were $90.48. If anyone can let me know when they see them for less, I would appreciate.
  6. That is a really great price on the Travel Lite Crib. I've been looking for one, but haven't seem the "Phoebe" pattern here in DFW area. I wonder if any of the other Travel Lites are marked down? Has anyone seen any?
  7. Found an American Red Cross Digital "Soothing Sounds" Baby Scale (orig. $59.99) 75% off for $14.98 at one of my local Target stores. The other stores had them full price. I think the one I got from the particular store was the last one in that store. Anyone know how this works = i.e. why they were full price everywhere else? Or was that store first to do a markdown? If so, maybe the other stores are getting ready to do that. I just found this kinda funny because there is a recently new endcap with all the "baby medical" and the scale seems to be part of that endcap. Maybe my markdown was an error? Anyway, glad I got it!
  8. arel27: Coupons.com has spice coupons $1 off.
  9. Do you have a Central Market or Whole Foods where you are located? Or anyplace that sells spices by the pound? If so, you can get a small amount of every spice you want in a little baggie, then file them in a container. This is a very inexpensive way to get a lot of spices, plus since you are only buying a little at at time, they stay fresher - no large jar of spices that sit on your shelf for a year, losing all the flavor. And it's inexpensive too. For instance, you might pay $4.39 for a jar of spice, but maybe .42 cents for a baggie with a couple of tablespoons in it. You buy what you think you need in a reasonable amount of time, so your spices are always fresh! My son is an accomplished chef, and he turned me on to doing spices this way. I will check for you next trip to Target though to see if any spice organizers (with spices) are on sale. I do know that you can buy those towers at Costco and Sams pretty inexpensively - but who knows how long the spices have been in there.......
  10. I was in 6 stores today and didn't see any spice racks, sorry. LOL, 6 stores, I've become a Target monster! Never used to shop there before this list. Lucky I have about 12 stores within a 45 minute area (DFW).
  11. My target is clearancing Kitchen too. Found a fabulous Kitchenaid Slice and Shred Accessory (reg. 49.99) for $24.98 (50%). Lots of coffee pots at 50% off, crock pots as above, and combo toaster oven/slice pop up toaster (looked neat) for about $24. There are a lot of Winnie the Pooh Navy Blue infant girls marked down 30% - plenty to wait for 50% and will probably make it to 75%. I checked about six stores in DFW area and each store had about 24 of them!
  12. I am new here, found you guys on a Google search. I just wanted to tell you I have had so much fun finding bargains for a grandbaby-to-be. I've shopped the infants clearance the last three weeks and OMG the bargains! I have baby boy clothes, most cost under $4. Great sleepers, overalls and shirts, Pooh stuff, boxes full! I scored a beige and white recliner ($169.99 on line) for $34.98 - nothing wrong with it, someone just returned it to the store, and they marked it down. I've been doing the Huggies coupon deal - everyone I know had printed coupons for me. I have a box full of diapers and wipes!!!! And tonight.....are you ready? I found the CAT Pedal Tractor for $24.98! Read about it here, and went to two Target stores - found one in the second store. I am soooooo happy! Thank you all for sharing, I'll see if I can find some good bargains to post too!
