  1. Ha! Good one. And something I definitely would buy if I could... good deal or not!
  2. For those of you looking for a deal on a Zune, have you seen the Hotter than BF: 4GB Zune for $86 shipped! 8GB for $112 shipped! thread in Online Deals? I got $50 off a 120BG Zune last week... $214 shipped from Dell. It's the only Zune deal I've seen. Check it out! ETA: It looks like amazon.com has the same deal on the 4 and 8GB Zunes for "early BF" (BF deal available now).
  3. Out of stock. I missed another great deal. If there's one thing that I'm learning on this site, it's that you've got to be quick to win! Congrats to all who got this ultra-cozy blanket.
  4. You might want to check out the Westinghouse 26-inch reg. $449 for $299 on BF at Target. I already bought it and, although some might question Westinghouse as a TV brand, I've heard and seen nothing but great things about it. The guy at Target says it's their best-selling TV, even at $449. Sure to be gone by dawn on BF. For extra reassurance that it will last, you can get the 3-year extended warranty for $29.
  5. Is the Gilligan & O'Malley set made from the really soft fabric they use for a lot of their other jammies? Oh, I sure hope so. That would make my day. I think it's time for a Target trip... lucky I have a new one right down the street.
  6. I got these sheets for all of the beds in our house last year. They just make me smile... Can't wait to use them again this season. Heck, now that I think about it, tonite would be the perfect time to break out the holiday sheets!! At this great price, I bought a set for a friend and each of her 3 boys last night. As teens, the boys might not initially be thrilled with the gift of sheets for xmas, but I'm sure they'll quickly discover what a favor I did for them.
  7. Shoot, shoot. Got my hopes up again. I called my local store this morning, and it's in stock there but $149.99. I'm going to keep a close eye on the website today... maybe, just maybe, I'll get lucky. After all, I HAVE been a good girl this year.
  8. I just bought that same Charlie Brown tree at Walgreens last week for $9.99--reg. price. It's really cute... I love how it comes with a single red ornament.
  9. Oh, I so hope they're not going out of business. A new one just opened near us a few weeks ago, and my boys don't want to shop anywhere else. For the prices you guys are talking about, I guess it's worth a trip to see what's going on tomorrow.
  10. I go away for an evening and this is what I miss??? Darn.... it's out of stock. My son saw it at Target earlier this week and put it on his list, but I didn't want to spend $88 on it.... it looks so cute though. Ugh. Maybe my local Babies R Us will come through for me in the morning. Fingers crossed. Congratulations to those of you who got this great deal!
  11. I'm really glad to hear that. It sure looked good in the store. I'm thinking about going back and getting another one for my other son. On a side note, my 12-year-old was thinking of ways to make extra $$ for Christmas shopping just now and asked me if he could camp out at a store such as Target or Best Buy on BF and offer to be a "runner" for people who can't make it to the items they want as fast as he can. He'd charge $5 for every item he's able to score. The visual cracks me up.
  12. I just got back from Target with my major pre-BF purchases and wanted to say how happy I am to have recently found gottadeal.com! Once I get my price adjustments on BF afternoon, I will have saved more than $200 on items I had planned to purchase for Xmas anyway but didn't want to fight the BF crowds for (did it once; never again... not my thing)! I get more of a thrill having a "little secret" and getting them early, I guess! I got: * the Westinghouse 26-inch TV ($429.99) that will be $299 on BF. I was a little leery of a Westinghouse TV, but it seems to be a very nice set with a beautiful picture and controls (power, channel, volume) hidden on the right side, which is a huge plus when you can't locate the remote. A friend has 2 of the same TV and loves them; the Target guy who helped me said he's heard great things about this particular TV and that they sell a ton of them. That was enough for me. I couldn't decide on the 3-year warranty for $29.... have 90 days to buy it... any opinions there? * the GE HDMI cable ($27.99) that will be $9.99 on BF (great deal!) AND * the Garmin 200W (reg. $219.99 but currently on sale for $179.99) that will be $119.99 on BF. A little treat for me. Can't wait to try it. Sorry for rambling... still on my Target high and wanted to share. No MM juice this time, though. Happy shopping, everyone!
  13. The Target I shop most often had Wiis all this week. I saw one in the case on Monday morning and guarded it until I could wave down an associate to grab it for me. I was at the store two more times during the week and was shocked to see 2-3 Wiis sitting in the case each time. And with the games at buy 2 get 1 free--what a find! We actually had a Wii for about a year, but my teenage boys talked me into trading it for an XBox 360 on craigslist. I miss my Wii.... so I got the new one for myself to put under the tree! Just ordered the balance board from Best Buy too... can't wait to see what all the talk's about!
  14. For me, both packages were grape at the first Target. At the second Target, all three were fruit punch. Finding the apple juice 10-packs would be a real score at my house! I guess I'll add the juice aisle to my list of standard stops every time I'm in Target from now on.
  15. Oh, and my Target had all Halloween and fall stuff at 75% today. Lots of candy and costumes. I got some village pieces, lighted grapevine pumpkins, 4 beautiful wreaths, fleece blankets, candles, dog toys, an inflatable frankenstein and tons of candy. I'm afraid I spent the $$ I saved on new storage containers to keep it all in though. I also scored a nice leather ipod Touch cover at 75% off for $8.74.
  16. I, too, just found my first MM juices today! The excitement I felt when they actually scanned 69c at the price checker was scary. I found 2 at one Target and then went on to find 3 at another one. $3.45 for 50 boxes of juice just made my day! Mission accomplished... until my next Target visit.
