There is a coupon on their website for 10% off on iPod's, which would bring it down to $175.50 minus the $40 gift card, and you're down to $135ish net cost.

Not all of the "Super Wow" deals had the time printed on them. In fact, the entire top of the middle pages were those deals, and right above it were only the words Friday & Saturday. Only the deals on the front page had the time printed on them. Also, the front page stated Doorbuster PLUS the 20% coupon, which to me says that the 20% was good anytime.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO annoyed with my TRU right now. They would not honor the coupon!!! They said that it was only for use AFTER 3:00 pm. They told me that anything that had the green banner prices in the ad, were not that price until after 3. I argued that the coupon didn't say anything about certain times on it, and also that only the items on the front page had time specific pricing. They still refused. If this is the way TRU is starting out the holiday season, then I'll be taking my $$ elsewhere!!!

What's not to love about Black Friday?!?! I enjoy checking GD several times a day to see if any new ads have been posted. I am a planner by nature, so I love the strategy building. I love meeting new people and other BF addicts in lines whether they be the lines waiting to get in, or waiting to check out!!! And most of all, as a single mother of 2, I love being able to get some great deals so that I can make the wishes of my 2 wonderful, beautiful daughters come true!!!!!!

I just had a post from Target on my FB page. It says that their BF sales will start at midnight!!!

I also use the ribbon on my tree. I use paper clips to secure the tops to the highest branches of my tree. Also, just a little tip for storing them when you're done....wrap the ribbon around empty toilet paper or paper towel rolls and secure it with the paper clips. It keeps the ribbon nice and neat and it keeps the paper clips you will need again next year!!

We have a Wii and the only "accessory" we have are extra controllers. I also bought the rechargeable battery packs and the charging station, but those aren't necessarily accessories as much as they are convenience items. It mostly depends on the games you will be playing. If you'll be playing a lot of the sports type games (i.e. tennis, baseball, etc.) the sports pack might be nice to have, or if you play the racing games, the steering wheel might be necessary. As for the DS, my DD is getting a DSi this year as well. I looked at the 20-in-1 and 18-in-1 kits and I didn't think all those things were necessary. So I just bought her the aluminum case and some extra styluses. I have read that the screen protectors can actually decrease the functionality of the touch screen and that the screen is made to withstand use. Anyway, I hope your DD enjoys hers as much as mine does. HTH
