Last year they had a 30% off w/Free shipping sale before Black Friday and Thanksgiving. I don't remember exactly when it was but it was definitely before Thanksgiving. I got all of my Kohl's Christmas shopping done during that sale. lol

Deals...not that great but I'm going there on Saturday to price match Libby's pumpkin to CVS for 10/$10 so I'll bring my brother for free stickers and a cupcake. LOL

Yeah, Walgreens is usually always open on Thanksgiving but like Kmart, their Thanksgiving and Black Friday sales are separate.

So Black Friday 2011 will be known as the year of the midnight openings. lol

Turkey, mashed potatoes/gravy, stuffing, sweet potatoes, wild rice, cranberry sauce, rolls, corn, green beans, pecan pie, pumpkin pie and....that's it for now. A lot but leftovers are sooo good, especially after a long day of BF shopping and decorating the next day. We usually just buy Stove Top stuffing and make everything else like the cranberries, etc.

I'd rather have you miss it so you can be typing up the Walgreens ad. lol Can't wait for that one. See you all tonight!

One thing that was really annoying at my store was that they had ropes up everywhere. I get that a few ropes can help with crowds but when you block off 85% of the aisles it causes a lot of issues. It was like being in a huge maze. lol It was really difficult to get to one point of the store because a large portion was blocked off. Made things worse. No ropes is easier to deal with! Anyone else have this problem?

Shop while you wait sucked. More like don't bother coming because everything will be gone before the sale is supposed to start. LOL My store didn't have all of what was in the ad AND they let people start hoarding everything before 11pm so by the time the first sale started the stuff was already gone. The 5am thing was another joke. No lines, disorderly and a huge mess.
