I am newer to the Target Perusing thread--I have not checked my local Target yet, because I wasn't clear that what these people post was available at 1, a few, or most Target's... So should I just figure that it is most Target stores, WHILE Supplies LAST ? I don't mind searching a bit in the store for stuff, but I don't want to be running there and wasting fuel.... The coffee maker sounds like a fantastic deal, hope someone has good comments on it..:)

Well, I went and picked up the Saturday night Edition of my local paper, hoping the Target Toy Book would be in it. It isn't (but the Toys R Us book is in it.) Does anyone have the Target book yet? Maybe it comes in the mail?

wow I am getting back to this thread days later. I was not feeling well:yuck:but am back to tell you that the exchange went well, whew. I got the LE and they didn't give us any problem !! I should have had faith, but because I read so many comments about customer service in different stores giving customers a hard time when it came to credits, etc, I was just real concerned. Wow Thank you all for quick responses! I was under the weather but I am feeling better and headed to find an MP3 this weekend. I know BIL got a newer computer with windows vista, does anyone know if this would be a problem? ~I will try to ask at BB or Walmart, (at this time of year, one can wait a long, long while to get someone who knows what they are doing) but most of you are smarter--so I ask here first :)

Hi, This might sound nuts but does anyone know of a simple type of an MP3 player that plugs right into the computer hard drive (no cables, no software needed)?? I want to get my BIL a simple MP3 and he doesn't need a 1,000 songs and the easier it is to use, the better. sorry I posted this in another area, which was correct but I do not know how to get rid of it on other thread:o

My ship date was February 7 and I canceled my order this morning. The rep--she said her name was "TUNA" yeah like the fish--asked me if she could do anything to make the situation any better. I said not unless you can make it get here before Christmas. She said "No we have an unexpected demand for it." I am disappointed, but sometimes I look at these things as omens.......maybe I would have gotten a real "dud"--something with a missing or broken piece or something that would not work from the beginning, and had to ship it back and forth, etc etc. I am sure another deal will come along. I will find another gift. I am disappointed though.

I ordered ONLINE from BB, the TOM TOM ONE 3rd Edition for the price of 149.99 early in a.m. of BF This was not the TOM TOM on front page for $119 . . . I got confirmation in a few hours and I got word that it would be weeks until it would be shipped. I was upset and called customer service and lady said I bet there is one at the local store, she checked there was, we'd go pick it up at a nearby store--there were 2 left. So DH got there a little after store opened--handed the clerk our sheet we printed out from Online purchase. He put it in the bag, charged the correct amt. DH went on his way to other sales.. Because I have 2 kids with disabilities it is hard to have places to hide presents, let alone do this shopping and then get to look at the items. All the bags were hidden for a few days, locked up actually. Tonight I checked all purchases...and lastly the BB bag (just 15 min. ago) cuz it was for me. The WRONG GPS system is in the bag. THE CHEAP ONE Is in the bag!! the freaking TOM TOM ONE LE--LIMITED EDITION that was on the front page is here! The receipt from store says 3rd edition, the printed out online receipt says 3rd edition--but we don't have 3rd edition. HELP do you think we will have any difficulty in the store?? DH is going in person to store tomorrow. I am so mad now, gonna have trouble sleeping. I hope they don't try to say we should have checked sooner,etc.. The way some dishonest people are today, I wonder if a worker charged someone they know for the cheaper deal(the LE) and bagged them the better 3rd edition, that was OURS? Not to be so pessimistic but I am upset. What would any/all of you do ?

Wow, thanks for the info, but I read about return policy. Newegg says only 7 day return policy for a refund, then up to 30 days for a replacement if there is a problem. After 30 days you are on your own. That is too scary for me I want longer time to check it all out. Aside from that, was the one on Newegg the newer model? I thought it was..confused now. The 4 gb and 8 gb look different from the 30 gb... so which is the newest 30gb?

Since my original post, CC and Dell both are out of stock. CC doesn't tell you a delivery date, Dell says 6+weeks. I have emailed Dell..and am waiting for a reply, asking if there is any chance of a sooner delivery date. I think this is the newer model, just the (brown)one no one thought was "cool" I suppose. Good Luck everyone. I am hoping for a miracle.

Thanks to all for the wealth of information. I did place an order with Dell--probable delivery 2/4/07 That is FOREVER. Ugh:( I am concerned about the video downloading being scarce. I wanted to be able to use all of the features it has to offer... well, eventually, like in FEBRUARY. LOL.

I wrote a similar question on different threads......I am so frustrated. I found out everything too late. Did not score one at TRU. Both Dell and Circuit city still have 96 and 99 dollars listed for the BROWN Zune, however CC does not promise a delivery date........and Dell's date is mid February. I am deeply saddened by this.

Well I intended to get that rocker at walmart, but I did not make it in time. DH went to BB, Kmart and Target. He bought ONE of each rocker that was on sale....I couldn't believe he found one at every store! The BB one was onsale for 79.99 it had lights, big deal (they are infront, chair user cannot appreciate them.) It sat too upright--and there was only velcro to hold it together in the back--for 79 dollars!! The sound was pretty good. I took like 8 batteries total! It went back The Kmart one was 69 dollars (regularly 99!) It held together well, was pretty comfortable, but the sound was very very staticky. The top chair back had very thin material, could easily rip if pushed against a couch or table eve. It went back. The 32 dollar one from Target was the best!! :DIt was originally 59.99 It is vinyl and it really looks like pebble leather, it is comfy. Sound seems great. He went back to 2 other targets later on BF and picked up another one (we fear younger DS2 could have a fit when he sees this and want one...) So if so, we will give DS2 the other one, when his birthday comes.. most expensive doesn't always mean the best. . I don't think the chair will last indefinitely, but probably a year or two.... It was a true pain hooking each rocker style and then repacking it nicely to return......ugh... If your already opened boxes from walmart turn out to be scratched or something, but you like them, perhaps they will get some in and you could exchange. :)

I was searching for cheapest 30 GB ZUNE deal. Missed TRU deal Friday. I see that Dell has $96 (brown only) and Circuit city has $99 for brown one/free shipping, so price is just a few dollars different. Does anyone feel another store will have a better deal TOMORROW that has yet to be announced? Also Both dell and CC were rated very poorly for customer service and delivery by most customers... should I trust them?? feeling nervous, yet desperate for that ZUNE...

ok I just found some site I think called BPBargins and it says that Dell Biz is selling brown zune for 96 dollars + free shipping, anyone know is this reliable place to order from, nothing refurbished or anything? Do you think I should hurry and order this or wait and see if it is cheaper somewhere Monday??? I am a cyber monday virgin..

Ok I just looked on BB site and the zunes are all ALOT MORE than 79.99 I did not make the TRU deal and although I want one, I am finding it hard to justifying paying $140+ when I knew they were so cheap a few days ago. So Is the price coming down? Or are the $142- $189+ prices already the "low" Cyber Monday prices??
