--it got good reviews --and I ordered it a week ago from QVC. It was 79.00 at QVC BUT they gave you a 75.00 gift certificate to KODAK Gallery store AND a certificate to have 1 home movie-that you might have on VHS or those weird camcorder sized tapes from 90's made into a disc..

Wow, I want these, but have never had NB before--do they tend to run narrow? or are they pretty much right-on and true to size. I wear an 8 1/2 sometimes, other times a 9.... any help please....

By this time, I like to be 1/3 done, but I am not--need $$$..ha ha I only started last week..I bought "beginning" of 8 gifts -they need to be Filled...and I got 3 gifts today!

I found some on Walmart.com--not in stores-- about 18 months ago, not sure if they still have them. It wasn't very expensive either. Not sure about sheets, but I ordered kind of a Harvest gold set, also from Walmart--Better Homes & Gardens brand, they were nice and decent price, looks good with comforter.

miss_heidi so cool thanks for alerting us to this. I remember looking at that 1971 Sears catalog! Only looked at a few things, didn't find anything I got--yet. Illinoismom, how wonderful to find your dollhouse in that one, probably brings alot of memories of that Christmas back to you. :)

I am guessing you have spent a good bit and may not want to spend much more...so...how about buying a Mug with a funny saying/favorite sports team, or a travel mug (keeps your car clean from spills) put the card/certificate in that..and buy their favorite candies, peppermint patties, dove, kisses to cover the card. I always leave the card just 1/16 of inch from top...they'll find it after they eat a kiss or 2. :) I stay away from the holiday mugs usually as kids don't want to use them when Christmas is done... Target had some cute mugs in the Dollar bins in the past--much cuter than my dollar stores would...

I feel bad for all that you have gone thru, I feel your frustration. I am sure you were searching for a good deal and a fun present ...and maybe you did miss something however-- It may be a site for manuals...and maybe some people have hundreds to spend on a book, but the majority of the world doesn't and they should make it 150% clear on every description it is Manuals, not LEGO BLOCKS... I am sure you are not the first to make this mistake (and they know that). They are taking advantage of the possibility that people will order thinking they'll get sets.. And even if you may have said the smallest rude thing they should not --they should act polite. They don't seem to value you, or any customer, if they think "they are wasting their time" talking to them. It is a shame your child didn't have the present you wanted to give. Buyer Beware, I say that to myself over and over after I read things like this, hoping I will remember before I click..

Have a ? when you order say the 25, 50, or 75 do they have to be all of the SAME print/pose, or are you able to choose many different photos? Sorry if sounds dumb but I never order in bulk. Thanks

Thanks for your reply.... :) It took me awhile but I found the email...and the info, says it is USPS... says delivery 12-16 until 12-21, I guess I am spoiled with Amazon and other companies. So I won't panic then, yet. I don't know what good track your package is though, it just tells me it shipped. Seems to me I remember in the past using a track your package and it told me all kind of details, like left Cleveland, dropped in Pittsburgh etc. Must've been a different company. I ordered Four Christmases through Amazon and had it at 10 a.m. on Release day....

I KNOW THIS THREAD SAYS AMAZON.../G FORCE. but did anyone who ordered from Target.com get theirs?? I have only ordered from Target.com once before. . . I am concerned because I did not get mine, I was home all day--each day-except for 1 day this week. I have watched UPS pass my door over and over and no G FORCE... Doesn't it come thru UPS? I am in PA....

I sure hope they up the surveillance and catch these crooks too. OP I am glad it was resolved quickly and she was nice about it--but I'd really want that package BEFORE the 24th. They should be making it come BEFORE--some people go out of town, some people open presents that night! I might have pushed it and said I need it guaranteed by 23rd, we are driving overnight to be with family on 24th. Best of luck, I hope your teen is really happy with their gift.

I really like the coffee idea--- if they are coffee drinkers of course. There are times people don't want to have any liquor, etc, because of meds or driving, or their age, but if they drink coffee, then it would be hard to go wrong there, also not too terribly heavy, may not be too much to ship. :)

Thought I'd pop in and thank you all again, who left suggestions and ideas on this thread. I can tell you that we bought and delivered one present to DS's former teacher. We got her a very pretty decorated snowman plate--she can do whatever she wants with it. Use it for food, or display in a curio (the paint is safe). She is recently divorced and to be honest I was thinking that it would be nice for her to have a plate to serve something on, or to take to a party that wasn't connected to her ex/their relationship--if that makes any sense. I am not divorced but I think if I were that'd be something I would like. I wanted to give her a gift that was unique and that would make her think of my son--not any other student she ever had. She did not open it when we were there, she was busy, but I hope she likes it. I'll let you know... now to finish up all the others...
