It has been a few years, but I have contacted them about price drops for items I just purchased and was refunded the difference. I would give it a try.

Very few DS games need the gameboy slot. In fact I can't think of any besides Guitar Hero and Band Hero that have things that plug into the GB slot. Those two have a small guitar thing and drum thing that need the slot. And I would think it would say on the box that it wasn't compatible with DSi or something like that. Gameboy games themselves are older, larger games but are marked as "Gameboy". I will ask my son (the DS/DSi expert LOL) if he knows of any others that need the slot and post here if there are more he knows about.

Ones that might not be compatible are gameboy games and the ds games that use the gameboy slot. The new DSi does not have that gameboy slot. I know that Guitar Hero and Band Hero for the DS use the gameboy slot and therefore cannot be used with the DSi. I am not aware of any others, but there may be others.

LOL I have double checked and triple checked the receipt and online. My order total with tax for the three (mario game, uno game, dj hero) items is under $97.49. It doesn't show taking $15 off the total, but it shows some taken off of each item ie the games show as $42.98 instead of $49.99. It does total $15 off the order though.

That's what I got too. But it did let me use the holiday2 code too. I had to add a $6.99 game to make my order go over $100 and then it worked.

Well, it was originally taking the 50% off of Renegade and the regular DJ Hero. It looks like it isn't doing that anymore for Renegade. Last I checked it still worked for the regular edition. Even though I got it to work with the regular DJ hero and got a confirmation email, I am still wondering if my order will be canceled.

Still a good deal. But I just couldn't justify the extra for the stand. I ordered the regular DJ Hero and added a card game to get it over $100 to get the $15 off and free s/h. So I got the Mario game and the DJ Hero set for $43 each and an Uno game for $6. Thanks for your post--both the DJ Hero and the Mario game were on my son's Christmas list! Adding: Ugh! After reading the other thread, I sure hope it isn't canceled!

Me either. I can get free s/h with the regular DJ Hero, but it is $19.96 s/h with the Renegade edition. How do you get free s/h with the Renegade edition?

No webcam. Thanks everyone for the reviews. :) I had thought about getting this when it was at the Secret Sale, but decided to see what else came along. I didn't find anything else so I ordered it online early Fri. morning as soon as it became available. And it has already shipped! This will be replacing a Dell Vostro 1500 that I got two years ago. I think I found that deal here. The screen is out on it and it isn't worth replacing it. The specs on the new one aren't as good, but I think it will do. I had thought about a netbook, but for the price I think this is a better option.
