I'm sorry you're having a problem. Stuff like that irritates me too. If you can cancel, I would do that and try again. Make sure it's cancelled before you reorder, though. The items probably wouldn't ship until the 12th (Monday) for all of us anyway, so I don't think that will be an issue if you reorder.
