I have enough points on my credit card to get a free $50 gift card Here's the dilemma: Walmart is not available for the free gift card. (That would be my first choice!!:) ) Quite a few of the other stores posted here are (Best Buy, Circuit City, Compusa, JCPennys, Kohls, Target, KMart, etc.). If I don't order it now, I won't have it in time for BF. I can't decide which one to choose!! No one really has anything that really standing out to me right now. HELP!

Definitely the MP3 for the 14 year old if she doesn't have one. There are also lots of great deals on DVDs that day too, you could get her several. For the 46 year old - I hate giving gift cards too just b/c I don't like people knowing exactly how much I did or didn't spend. I've found over the last few years a lot of my gift "receivers" like restaurant gift cards. They can treat themselves to a nice dinner w/o feeling guily for not spending it on kids, things the family needs, etc. The portable dvd players are nice too if this is someone that travels. They can use it in the car/airplane.

OMG! I didn't realize we got an email from items on our list if they were available on line at those prices. I'm all about some on line shopping!!! I SO LOVE this place! :)

I'm going to try and get to compusa at a quarter to 4-ish and be done there asap to head to walmart right down the street. Even if I don't buy anything at walmart(which I always do), it's tradition to go there first.

I thought it would be a neat gift for my step dad (who will probably only use it all of 2 times anyway). What you said is true about the screen. I've learned you get what you pay for brand wise, but I was just hoping... :)

It has some little speakers on it and I'm assuming a headphone jack, but you'll have to purchase headphones :)

This one seems to be really compact, so it could pretty much go anywhere. Also, doesn't appear to have a flip screen. It said something about top loading. Doesn't come w/headphones though.

You guys are going to make me stay up all night, aren't you!?! I'm starting to feel like I'm not gonna get anything if I "nap" until 3 am!!

I've kicked around the idea of staying up. I'm a night owl anyway, BUT I'd be a hot mess come 10am or so. Think I need at least a little shut eye!

Do you know what time they usually close Thanksgiving? I have to work until 6.30 pm turkey day. I don't think I can drag myself out of bed extra early 2 days in a row, so I'm saving it for BF!!
