I would have to say retailer reputation for the simple reason that I will NOT buy from some vendors, no matter what the price. The others all have an effect on my purchasing decision but if a vendor is shady, they are automatically out of the running.

I've been keeping an eye out lately as I need some more memory for my new camera, but I haven't seen any scorching deals outside of some YMMV B&M clearance stuff. Usually one of the office supply stores will run some AR specials on xD every couple of weeks, and as this is a 2MP camera you don't need a huge card.

I agree mbony, nice deal for a basic digicam. Takes good pictures (except in low light) and anyone can use it.

Only if I can boot Canon fanboys with tunnel vision.
