  1. now, i know i saw this doll cheaper than 99.99...... give me a few minutes and i'll find it cheaper for you.
  2. Will this be better than the deal at Sears on the 7" protron???? That's the one I was planning on buying, but if there is a sweeter deal out there......
  3. I bought this for my 12 year old because she thought it looked really neat to play. I bought it from toysrus for 29.99 - $5.00 off TRU coupon from this site = 24.99 for the final price....... which is the best price I've found. I've seen it for as high as 44.99.
  4. I am a huge fan of colored lights........ for everything...... to me it's just not as festive when they're all white.
  5. I went to that sale too... Wasn't that awesome... I even went back in later in the week and grabbed 3 more.
  6. Let her believe in the magic as long as possible.... My 12 year old daughter still believes because when she questioned it (she heard it from friends that santa wasn't real), I told her that Santa is only real when you believe in him.... if you stop believing, then he's no longer real.......... She accepted that answer and even sent him a letter in the mail this year w/out my saying a word about it. This will probably be the last year, but at least I know I helped keep the magic alive as long as possible for her. My stepson was 12 when he stopped believing too..... (he's 14 now) and that was only because his mother told him that Santa wasn't real because she wanted him to know that the gifts were from her. We have a 4 yr old who is more skeptical than most, but we'll do the same for her. We use special santa wrapping paper with lots of frilly bows..... we use velvet santa bags like santa has on his sleigh to deliver them in..... we give them letters from santa that are personalized to their accomplishments throughout the year.....we've rung sleighbells outside their windows, etc.... just to keep the magic of believing alive.
  7. but, yes, they will match their own price w/in 30 days of your receipt... i just called sears.com about this last night.
  8. Are we absolutely sure this is the correct model that will be on sale Black Friday???? This seems like too good of a deal to be true!!!! http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&vertical=SEARS&pid=05757245000&sid=I0084400010000100600
  9. That's a heck of nice deal on AA Batteries :)
  10. There's a coupon posted on here also that will give you $5 off so the final price would be $54.99.... Good Deal!!!
  11. Thanks for reminding me of some of the good Xmas movies out there. I just put a bunch on hold at the local library!
  12. That's exactly it.... When my kids will say, I want this, but I don't want to ask for it because it's too expensive (my 12 & 14yr old..... 12 still believes...14 believed until he was 12)...... then I'll say, don't ask me for it, ask Santa.... I'm too much of cheapskate. LOL... I think that's partly why they believed so long....... the rest of the year, I'm such a penny pincher.
  13. You know what, I do this for my own children each year. I really go into detail about the years events for the kids....... what they accomplished....... what they need to work on...... etc. I also print out matching labels for the kids gifts from santa so they really think Santa is 'real'. If you would like me to, I'd be glad to help you out..... I'd just need you to give me some info to personalize it and I'll even mail it to you for free... It'll bring me joy to know that I helped your children get to experience the magic of christmas and believing! Amy
  14. What is it when people get older....... do they really forget common sense??? I'm reading # 4. Size 10 turtleneck........ or do they just not care????
  15. The Polar Express......... That movie was awesome last year and I can't wait to buy it when it comes out this year!
  16. LOL... that is so funny because they are oven mitts...... i picked up two that look like pigs and my 4 yr old loved it and wanted to use them as puppets. she told her daddy he had to make a stage for her...... Oh and I forgot to mention loads and loads of yarn. This was the reason I went back in and then spent over $60......... way too many good deals to be had!
  17. Yeah, you couldn't go wrong at the dollar spot. Batteries for .25, Gel Pens for .25, Stencils for .25, Potholders, lots of good stuff....... and mine had their halloween 75%. I picked up three disney princess costumes for dressup for my daughter for christmas.
  18. I'm hoping to see the Cinderella Vanity a little cheaper......
  19. i don't believe for a second that if i go to walmart right now that they won't have any gameboy advance sp's in stock.... i think that's just what they want you to think.

    Gift Room for BF

My trunk is full and let me tell you my trunk is HUGE. I have a 88 lincoln town car and you could probably fit quite a few dead bodies in there LOL.... no really, one year my stepson shot his first deer, and by no means was it small, and I had to take it to the meat processor in my trunk...... and it fit just fine LOL
  22. Walmart must have just lowered their price because I was in the store yesterday and it was still around the $24 mark.
  23. My biggest BF disappointment was when the new sony ps2 came out. My husband wanted one soooooo badly and I missed getting it from sears by TWO people. I ended up having to go online and get it from ebay for $600..... yes, $600 dollars........ if you think that was crazy...... THAT was a GREAT deal, because at the time, they were selling for as high as $1000
