  1. He had ABSOLUTELY no right to yell at you.....PERIOD. The fact he tracked you down at your workplace makes it even worse. I do not think you should just let it go. I would file a police report and call the supervisor again and tell him what happened. Don't be nice and polite to that supervisor. Did he actually provide the driver with a copy of your emailed complaint? IMO, that is also unbelievable! He needs to be told in no uncertain terms that the driver's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. He should not be working for UPS any more! That is ludicrous! Don't let him off the hook for this outburst, it needs to be reported. If you don't get anywhere with his immediate supervisor, go further up. I am not an alarmist by nature, lol, but I would simply file the police report so that if he does anything to you again, you've already got proof of what happened. You didn't do anything wrong by calling the 800#, please don't blame yourself. Good luck and keep us posted!
  2. I drove 30 miles to my nearest Kmart because I needed Christmas outfits for my kids. Got up to the register and the cashier asked me if I'd like to sign up for email alerts. I pulled out my "coupon" and said, I already am! She was really nice and started ringing my stuff up while looking for a manager to figure out how to "run" the coupon. The cashier next to her said, there is nothing you need to put in, everything that would qualify is already ringing up the discounted price, that is just like an advertisement. My cashier was like, but it says "coupon". Upon reading the fine print at the bottom, it said it wasn't valid on sale merchandise, but only on regular price or clearance. Well, since I'm always after a great deal, everything in my cart was sale merchandise, so I couldn't really say if it "worked" or not. I wasn't that upset, because I did get some good deals, but an extra 20% off would have helped! Kind of pointless for them to send out such a useless email! lol
  3. OMG! You literally made me LOL!!! :) I can just picture this guy being sent out by his wife or something to get soda. He shows up at Kmart and finds a line! Hopefully he decided to browse the deals and find something more worthwhile than soda! LOL
  4. I had the same problem with the Lmax at Kohls. Ordered on 11/17, received an email on 11/26 that the order was cancelled due to product availability.
  5. It went beautifully! I hope they don't change the policy, because I will definitely do this again next year! As I was standing in line for my PA, another girl was doing one in front of me, so I knew I wouldn't have any problems. We both ended up with different CS reps and had NO PROBLEMS whatsoever! I pointed out everything that should get a PA, the CS ran it all through the computer and said "Wow!" and smiled and laughed when she saw that I was getting over $225 back! She said that was definitely worth it! I LOVE MY TARGET!!!!!! Was even back in there today to pick up a few other things! :)
  6. I apologize if this is already posted somewhere else, but I have a card for $10 off any purchase of $30 or more. Online code is 6599. The back says it's not valid on sale items, but I just tested it on the current sale of select Signature items 5/$25 and I also discovered that they are only $5 each as long as you buy more than 5, so I currently have 7 in my shopping cart for a total of $35! Then it took the promo code, too, so all in all a pretty sweet deal! This is valid November 5 - December 16. Maybe wait until 11/19 for the other code to kick in and see if they can be combined! HTH! p.s. this is my first post and i'm LOVING this site!!!!!
