  1. I also placed an order a couple weeks ago when Leapfrog had the 30% off. I received my Fly Fusion Homework pack in a week and a half. They may have a distribution center in my State, Amazon does..
  2. You need to go ALL the way through to the check out to see the discount....past where you enter you credit card. Don't worry, it says you can review it first, just like many other sites. It's the same as Lillion Vernon etc...
  3. You need to spend a minimun of $75.00 to get the discount. I didn't know that. I went to the site and it didn't work for me either. I know all their codes have a min of a $50.00 purchase so I tried it and it worked.

  7. Those games were cancelled without even a reply. I saw that 2.5 weeks ago they had them again so I ordered them for a second time. Again they were cancelled. I won't even go into the nightmare Black Friday caused me or I should COST me or how RUDE Kohl's associates were after the fact. When I went to very nicely talk to a manager about all of this, she received a phone call about a price issue from another associate in the middle of me talking to her and left. I waited 7 minutes but I had to leave to pick up my daughter at school. Up until the last 4 months I was a HUGE Kohl's supporter. Now I just about hate them. If it wouldn't have hurt my family by me having to pay more, I would have shopped somewhere else, but, I had a responsibilty. I just wish Kohl's would have felt the same responsiblity to me as a customer.
  8. This email is in regards to order# 4---- that I placed on 11/25/2007. I ordered 2 Fisher Price Smart Cycle games. It has been a week since my order and it still says In Fulfillment. These games are Christmas presents for my daughter and my niece. I have already told my mother that I purchased this game for my niece. We have stopped looking at the sale ads for this game. My mom and dad and my husband and I are the secret Santa's for my sister's whole family since they have had a tragedy and cannot afford the luxury if presents. Obviously money is tight and we are trying to get the lowest price on everything, so all the kids can have the most presents under the tree. We purchased the Smart Cycle from Mervin’s for $41 plus tax a couple weeks ago. This game was a good deal as well. So obviously I will be EXTREMELY upset if Kohl’s goes and cancels my order as they have done in the past. I have been a very loyal customer to Kohl’s since I was introduced to your store by my neighbor about 2 years ago. The last 3 months has tested that loyalty. I have had cancelled orders, spent hours online due to a slow website just to see my whole shopping cart go to 0 items. If the items weren’t prices so well and I didn’t have the responsibilities that I do I would never have put up with it. I have put items in my cart and repeated click SAVE just to get an error message that the item is no longer available upon checking out. I am extremely upset about Black Friday. I was there BEFORE 4am so I would be able to get the door busters. I purchased 2 picture frames just to find out they were the WRONG frames. I specifically asked the checkout women if these were the correct frame. She said YES. These frames were FAR inferior and priced MORE. If she would have taken the time to make sure she was giving me the correct answer I could have purchased the c correct frame. Last night was the icing on the cake. My family and I went to Kohl’s so I could use my Kohl’s cash that was expiring. It took us 2 hours to shop because the store was so disorganized, just a complete mess. I had to go through 6 snow globes in 4 different areas to be able to find 1 that had a price tag. By the time we checked out it was way past my children’s bedtime and they were less than thrilled about being in the store for that long. But since we were picking out presents for all their teachers and grandparents etc they had to come. The check out women was more than irritated with them and myself as well. The customer service of Kohl’s in general the last few months has been horrible in general where JCpennys, the store I left to come to Kohl’s, has been fantastic. My husband spent 2 hours on and off on the phone with a supervisor from Kohl’s. Due to all the cancellations we were promised 2 30% off coupons for Kohl’s. Her direct words after spending 30 m minutes reviewing our account was, “The way your wife spends money here I will give you 30% off coupons anytime you want.” We have never received the coupons. Kohl’s is so much more convenient for my mom and I to get to. But after the way we have been treated it just doesn’t seem worth the aggravation and stress. I truly hope Kohl’s is able to earn me back as a customer. Sincerely, Chandra
  9. My husband actually called before the LMax mess. I emailed them and I didnt even get an answer. So much more has happened with them since I ordered the Lmax's. You can look up all the info on Kohl's website. Just log in and click on the account link. If you checked out as a guest you can just enter in the order number. My L-Max's got cancelled and I am so so so upset. My girls were so disappointed. I had a feeling they would get cancelled because it seems like everytime I order somethng at a great price they get cancelled! This is the 7th or 8th time in 3 months. I didn't receive any answers so I am creating a seperate thread. The price I received from kohl's was the only way I could afford these. After I placed the order with Kohl's I went ahead and ordered a couple games a piece for my daughters from Amazon.   13. I am in Las Vegas but I don't know where the person who actually posted the deal lives. It was all Mervins not just here. I actually thought it was too good to be true but sure enough I called and it was true. I'll have to go find my receipt so I can find the date and go back throught the posts to find the original thread.
