Just wondering cause I'll be at the walmart 30 miles away from our nearest target and thought I could order the ones I want if walmart doesn't have them.

will we be able to order the skylander swap force online next this friday morning? and is that 8am CENTRAL time or what?

Exactly KBsDarling...this is the first time in about 12 years of bf shopping for laptops/desktops that we have purchased duds or unhappy with the computers. BUT....we've always camped out at best buy for their desktops and laptops...this was my first BF computer purchase from walmart...can say that won't happen again for their cheapo's. And we don't game on them..but heck..if we can't even surf or skype and one has the black screen of death..what good are they even at 179?

What looks good and is affordable, but not cheap made? Anything? I was thinking about the Kindle Fire HD..but they seem so small! Maybe I'm just used to my iPad I guess, but 7" doesn't look very big. Any other ideas? I'm so scared to go with a cheaper brand like Coby or Nexus..I bought my dh a Pandigital off QVC last year and it went belly up within a month of having it! Super awful reviews onit after I returned it for a refund. I know my dd's would like a front camera on it to skye with friends so thats important. But just thought the Kindle HD was small looking. Reviews??

Great! Glad we paid for them separately too..otherwise they might have used that against us and mailed a check. Think they'll let me return all three, or should I take my daughters to return theirs separately with mine?

If we paid cash for the 3 laptops on bf on three separate transactions(we each paid for our own separately), we should get cash back right? We have the receipts for them. Just don't want them to try to put the refunds on a gift card or send us the refund in the mail. Since I plan on depositing the cash to turn around and purchase the fires on amazon.

Wondering if anyone has taken theirs back yet? I'm taking all three of ours back for refunds. Dd's screen never came back on again. Powers up..but totally black screen. And now mine is beginning to act like hers did where it was taking a LONG time to update when shutting down. My boss bought one too to tinker on, and his has been updating since 7am today! They finally just powered it off and restarted it and it came on. But thats how dd's computer started acting. Plus the boss's is SUPER SLOW...way slower than ours and he has nothing on it yet! Glad I saved my boxes and receipts! Paid cash for them too, so gonna get our money back and buy Kindle fires instead.

Any idea how fast these arrive? Just ordered two and I'm in Texas.

I have one very unhappy daughter right now...she was on her computer and was skyping with her cousin. She brought it to me cause she said they could hear crackling noises on their end and when she put her ear to the part where the fan air was, she could hear slight sizzling noise. I could hear it to, but wasn't sure if it was the Microphone, speaker or fan. She put it down and signed off with them and went to get a snack. It went to sleep on here and she tried to wake it up. Nothing. It was still lit. She closed the lid and let it sit a bit...and the lights come back on, but the screen is black. Nothing. I turned it off by holding down the power button and turned it back on to see if rebooting would help. Nope. Still black screen. Popped the battery off, powered back on...still nothing. All the lights work, you can hear the fan come on, no sizzling sound or anything...but just a black screen???!!!! And of course I get out the receipt and it was only a 15 day exchange or refund at the bottom of the receipt..and that was on Friday. So now what? We still have the box and everything. How is walmart gonna handle this for those that receive these as Christmas gifts and they either quit working or just don't like them and want to exchange them. Can we wait till after Xmas to try to exchange it? Probably not. But this is pretty upsetting to her because she used her hard earned money to buy it herself!

Yes, they ship separately. I ordered 2 iPad 3's and UPS just delivered them, and they were in a box, and the gift cards were in their own mailer, both were mailed a day apart..but arrived via UPS today.

Please list all the crapware I need to remove...I removed Norton..but wasn't sure what else to uninstall. I plan to install Avast here in a bit..but wanted to uninstall any other crap that is not needed.

We bought 3 of them..one for me and hubs to share and each of our daughters bought their own. They love it...me not so much. I think I just don't like Windows 8 for this little laptop. Kind of a pain navigating around. Of course...this is coming from someone that has a 5 year old Toshiba with Windows XP on it. LOL

Got the confirmation email yesterday within minutes of ordering, but checking the order status still says "has not shipped". Any idea how long it takes Target to ship out? Just worried something goes wrong and their out of stock or something. I ordered yesterday morning about 9am.

So any news if WM is allowing layaways on BF? My girls want the 179.xx laptops, but won't have their fair checks till end of month and want to put them on layaway if they are allowing it.

Bought the Pandigital supernova off QVC for Christmas for him..but that was a nightmare. The dang thing dropped wifi and wouldn't reconnect after just a few days of using! Seems it was a major defect in them when I went to qvc and checked the reviews on it...they were being added daily and that was everyones complaint. So it got returned. So his bday is on Valentines and I'm on the hunt for a new tablet. Can't afford an iPad. Would like to keep it under 250.00 and possibly something on a payment plan...like from qvc or hsn? Don't know which one to go with on there though. Would be nice if it took pics and video like the supernova did too. He liked that.

I think it may come with a book?? Not sure of the ones at target. Anyone know if it's just the elf or is it the one with a book??? Going to check my target this morning since we're doing returns, so hence the 40 mile drive.

On the Hot Wheels RC Nitro Speeders....the price was 27.99 and went down to 10.99. I JUST ordered this on Friday and it was a lot more than 10.99. Its been shipped and will be here on Tuesday...can I get a price adjustment or do they not do that anymore?

wanted the sims: Castaway game for my girls...but says in store pick up..but checked my zip code and there are none within 100 miles??!! Shipping wasn't an option just on that one in my cart.

we took our dd's 12 & 13 with us again. Last year was their first year and we did a trial run at our local walmart which is in a rural town. A lot smaller. They did fabulous manning their posts from 10pm till the sale started at 5am. This year we did the same thing again at the local walmart..its just much calmer there and everyone knows everyone even if your not related to them. After that, I introduced them to the target in Victoria TX...they hated it. LOL But they were troopers about it and while I stood in the check out line while they ran together to get the 3 items we were after. LOL

I was able to order it online while at walmart though. Same model number and all. It didn't go completely down to 99 though. It was 104.xx. I bought it anyhow with pick up in store. I figured if it cost 5.00 more to get it online and not have to stand outside of sears til 4am..it was worth it. Got my confirmation email too that I can pick it up on Dec 1-2.
