ok fancy people! the economy sux this year and I know people are struggling to make ends meet, let alone purchase a gift and make fancy dinners. I have a cheap, easy recipie that the kids can help make, will eat, then ask for more and not balk at eating after you tell them its a cassarole. mostly all leftovers! FRENCH FRY CASSEROLE preheat oven to 350.... 1 big bag of cheap french frys frozen 1 8oz tub sour cream (i have subbed french onion dip and was good) 1 can of cream of whatever is in the cupboard... cheese broccoli is good about 1 cup of shredded/cubed cheese (whatever was left of that cheese tray) leftover ham (you can also use lunchmeat or turkey) if you have leftovers from a veg. tray, steam it tender and toss it in too! Topping: you know that cheese and cracker tray you just took all the cheese from and are now stuck with those crackers? put them in a plastic bag and smash the daylights out of them until you have about 1/2 cup. add 1/4 c melted butter to crackers stir untill all coates and absorbed. sprinkle on top of your french fries! bake 35-45 min.

we did that this year, I have already told her, she was like duh! guess what i got out of it... a shopping buddy! she is always like, "MOM what got posted today on gottadeal? are the ads out yet?" she is 9! I vow not to forget what I bought!

I don't have a horrible or particularly funny bf story! I've taken friends, sister for her first time, my mom the browser (ugh never again) and hubby. We have four kids and pack a suburban every year! I've camped at bb, hustled through toys r us, been let into old navy early (the girls felt bad, we had camped out at another store and it was 5 below...) I've never had any problems! heck I have a secret walmart i go to for my last stop (its out of town) and get all my doorbusters at 10 am! I have "special coffee" with strangers, employees will sneak me a coffee or two... I grab things for others, make friends and hold a place in line, and act friendly and curteous... I won't win, but I have a great time every year, so it's ok.

Meijer up here (we are in mich by corporate) likes to trial things here. For those of you that have Meijers with 'outdoor garden-centers' don't be suprised if your doorbusters are out there this year! they kept the doors locked until 5 am then you could go out there. But i find I didn't mind as much, Meijer always has plenty of their items! a little cold but I have never missed out. not even the 10$ dvd players. If you ask, you may be able to check out a little early too. the prices are in the system... just find the right cashier!

1. tv's (hubby says 32 in is now to small) and a bigger wall to hang it on with surround sound 2. random game systems and game things for the boys (we still have atari and they love it) 3. Horsey things for little DD (or anthing small enough to gey stuck in my kirby) 4. dd 9... whatever she picks out?? 5 foundation insulation, matching dryer to my new washer, beatles rband, new set of furn. family room, insulatiing curtians for LR, new fryer, can you guess who thats for???? ME!

Polly Pockets. The actual figures I don't mind...its the little clothes and shoes that never stay on and I find the cats chewing on. Also, the playsets never EVER work the way they show in commercials and fall apart constantly. Polly is banned in our house. AHA! I don't have a crazy cat! or maybe we both do. I had to break the santa news to my oldest this year, I figured I should tell her as she got the crap kicked out of her in school last year for defending 'him'. you know what she says to me "oh come on mom I figured it out last year when they were hitting me over it" Here I've been freaking out for 8 + months about how to tell her!!!!!!!! she is more excited this year than ever (she gets to go shopping on BF!) she is spry and can run. So not alot is banned this year for her. just no stupid toys nobody will ever play with. We still have crap IN the BOXES FROM 2 YRS AGO!!! thanks grandparents! I'll probably do "room makeovers in a box" for everyone. The best gift that actually brought kids to happy tears were new electric blankets!!!! go figure.

you could also ruin the santa charade for your 9 yr old and promise to take her shopping with you! Thus adding a fourth person! One who is young and spry, willing to climb under and over everything to get at stuff and sneak through people where an adult just can't go but is perfect for a petite little girl!!!! well, at least thats the plan. (as she stands here laughing)

I did that last week, but it was just for fun. i was scaring people with my cardboard sign that said "Black friday or Bust!!! Gottadeal.com cuz I got YOUR deal" sitting out in front of best buy. People were like what are you waiting for, I said Black Friday. You wouldn't believe the laptop deal! I am not going to BB, I am hitting that mall across the street... I want everyone at BB!!!!!!!

wed. target. Thursday, Meijer and Kmart Friday is split 4 ways by 4 people. "I" will be at KB Toys (12 am) then Kohls across the street, I have a 15% off shopping pass too....Then Old Navy ( I also have bucks there), then Then Toys R us at which I recieve the employee discount, then B&BW at some point.... V. Secret maybe... Hubby will be at Meijers, then target to adjust ( he will probably hit T rus with me). Mom will be at K mart & walmart, HA HA HA! Sister, JC Pennys, and its her employee discount thingy, so she will be there too, and then its off to brunch and then bed!

But to ALL of the team who works so hard at saving us money... THANKS! You ROCK! My husband may not like you, but thats just because I have another excuse to shop LMAO! "When your saving this much $, its really a crime not to buy it honey. Give me the credit card....NOW" Christmas realy is better with gottadeal!

How long is a yet? does a yet have a date attached to it? I have a midnight opener in my mall, so a yet should be less than 24 hours...right! lol.

But it says that they "MAY BE" limited. I would call. I thought that dell released their own ad, Brad will have to clarify that. What limited is to them is the question.... online retailors usually have a good ammount though.

I have never shopped online there, but i have at many other online stores on BF. I would try even earlier than that. maybe check throughout the day, and then about 10pm start trying. As soon as the sale price shows in cart,try to purchase. servers get bogged down hard on BF. Be prepared for that. If you have dialup....well : get back in bed and sleep. GOOD LUCK!

booohoooo. I wish that they were the loosers. You'd think that the age of their employees being younger (teen-ish) that the ad would have leaked. gak! I want their ad. It's desperation here!

Yes, yes I do have connections. Hahahahaha! The ad should be realeased tomorrow .... that being said.... "ytmomof4 I was at Meijer this evening. I asked the cashier if she knew anything and she said that they are going to have more doorbusters this year then in years past". Good cashier!
