I try to start wrapping the first week of December. As my kids get older, the gifts are smaller so it doesn’t take as long. I have a locked closet in our basement so that’s where all gifts are stored. I never place gifts under the tree until Christmas Eve. I am toying with the idea of opening gifts late Christmas Eve so that DH and I can sleep in.

Well since I’m still up, Happy August!! I am so ready for fall. So far, this summer has been heat and torrential storms in South Jersey. Almost done w/ school shopping and I have already brought a Christmas present [emoji320]

July is here!! My kids have been out of school for 2 weeks and I am already looking for back to school deals [emoji4] Heading to the Poconos later this week.

Checking in for June. Life continues to be a valley of highs and lows. I’m just taking it in stride.

I picked up my last SS item today. Will pack it up tonight and ship out tomorrow.

I usually do something simple and easy like lasagna due to the baking I do as well as the big breakfast Christmas morning. This year I am considering doing a spiral ham again (our Thanksgiving usual) with 2-3 sides, a pasta salad and rolls.

Still shopping but almost done and I have not even started wrapping yet. I usually bake the day or two before but I am thinking of doing a few things with DD8 this weekend since it’s supposed to be cold and chance of snow showers on Sunday.

I just returned from the candle madness at Bath & Body Works. Happy December! I have gotten a decent amount of shopping done. I may consider starting to wrap tonight; I’ll have to check the TV Christmas schedule [emoji4]

I’m here! And reusable tote bags sound great. I’m just about done Christmas shopping; need to finish up SS this weekend.

I ordered Sherlock Gnomes on blu-ray, COD Black Ops 4 on Xbox One, and a red Apple Watch band. The only thing I planned on ordering was Sherlock Gnomes but my middle children just turned in lists today so I’m getting started.

Target will have them for $89.99.

I am only upgrading DD’s phone today since she wants the XR; I will hold out for Target’s sale. Phone reserved, appointment scheduled and I am heading back home for a bit.

The things that my kids want outside of video games and a pair of wireless headphones (already purchased) are things that generally don’t go on sale on Black Friday. I’ll order a few video games and blu-ray’s but other than that, most of my shopping will be done with hopefully discount and promo codes or at least free shipping, lol. Having said that, there are a few things that caught my eye but not enough to venture out; if I can get them online great, otherwise I’ll get them another time.

I purchased my AirPods there a while back for $147; they were the best deal by far. I am curious to know if the $30 off is off the regular price or off of Sam’s price of $147. Either way, it’s a great day and I absolutely love them.
