Thanks guys for making me feel better, I got a ZILLION board games "From" santa so I'll just let them open them and wait to do the big Santa gifts AFTER Dh gets home... I have my stomach sick about going tonight but I just keep telling myself it is for the kids. I guess I should start cooking and getting outta our jammies if we are going to be in Lovington by 4. I don't think the entire thing about him being gone has sunk in yet...oh well! Thanks again for all your thoughts .. BTW my youngest is 4...it is SOOO HARD For me to remember that he is already 4...maybe I'll start calling him 4 when it is time to start calling him 5!! Lol:cheesy:

Yep just now and he won't be back until around 10am tomorrow. Can you believe that anyone would do such a thing to someone that has 3 young kids (9,6,3) All the "Santa" gifts are in the attic ready to go but I weigh all of 97lbs and don't know if I can possibally get them down myself (Large dollhouse, large drum set (HEAVY!), Barbie Throne (pretty light thank GOoDNESS) and Rockband! I am so terribly depressed! My 2 younger kids were totally in tears! To top it off I have to go tonight to spend Christmas with his family without him and they are all crazy! None of my family lives here so the kids and I will be on our own tonight and Christmas morning! BAH HUMBUG!!!

LOL I love when it is cotton picking season and you drive down the highway and the cotton that has gotten away and covered the ditches and it looks like snow....at least then we can pretend we have snow..from far away...in our A/C cars because it's 60-70 or even 80 degrees outside:cheesy:

I've used walmart for DD (6) and it has been fine but mostly we just use her CD collection to add songs to her MP3 I'd do that for "giving" to them and worry about downloading songs later Can you use I-Tunes for Any MP3 player? I'm clueless. Dh does all the Mp3 players in this house. We don't have I-pods just Mp3, Fp3 (Fisher Price) and Zunes ??

I thought my Walmart and Kmart had them this year but I didn't see the amounts and in my town I think I'd rather brave the mall than Walmart

The tooth brush is on the toothbrush aisle the only HTF one is Hannah Montana the rest are pretty easy BUT they ARE like 9.99 for a toothbrush! DD got Hannah and DS got Transformers in thier stockings! A furberry is sortof like a popple. The roll up into little "berries" they are stuffed animals and should be on the stuffed animal aisle. They are about 9.99-12.99 depending on where you go... We dont' do Bratz so I don't have a clue The Polly jet is about $50 (maybe less if you can find it on sale, Amazon has it on sale! or did) and it hasn't been recalled The barbie house run about $100, again Amazon had one on sale but I'm not sure if they do anymore and you wouldn't get it on time The DS runs $129! I asked DS (9) what pocket pall was and he told me it was another name for a "swiss army knife??" I have NO CLUE!?

Of course when Ds got his he FOUND like 6 more and they are all mysteriously GONE. Alot of his new games for Christmas require use of the stylus. So where is the cheapest place online or BM to get replacements?? Thanks!!

YUCK to both. I think if I told DH our Christmas tree was yellow he'd tell me I had to get rid of the cats for sure now (YUCK) lol! And in my VERY religious town an upside down Christmas Tree is considered sac-religious(sp?)

Thanks guys! Not sure what I am going to do yet...maybe I'll wait until Monday to see if it comes. I REALLY don't wanna go to Walmart (the GC are from there) this time of the year but I think I might just go get the CASH and give them all equal amounts of cash and use the GC for household stuff later on (Not like with 3 kids Walmart GC's will go wasted...) I'll have to print out a "faux" card for my DD and slip the cash in it.... Or My DH said to take them all to see Alvin and the Chickmunks tomorrow since they have been DYING to see it and buy them the kids pack and tell them that my dad sent them the "Movie Money" to do that! ? ! Mine came with little earphones, don't know how good they are but they are there. I got DD(6) CUTE stuffed monkey earphones at limited too for hers and my neices and nephews can get thier parents to buy better ones if needed! lol

I ordered some from Circuit city for 9.99 it was RCA I believe. I forget the specifics but it was for instore pickup only and when I got there I asked for 2 more and they had them. I got them for kids between the ages of 6-14 so they should be good enough!

OMG I cannot believe you guys have kids that eat Cottage Cheese I thought my DD that loves broccoli and brussel sprouts was GREAT! I don't put strange things in my kids stockings. I guess I am strange. I put smaller gifts in there with some candy and fruit. Hmmm now you've got me thinking though!
