Darn I was trying to order DH's Grandmother some Pajama gowns and they all say they are backordered until FEB!

What if the bottle had one of the half naked models on it I didn't know they made one but honestly I don't think my DH would use it either. But he hates the Lucky I buy for him too but "I" am the one that has to smell him so he has no choice

Glad to know I am not the only one that Stuggles. Actually Dh and I pretty much stopped giving each other gifts at Christmas. Doesn't bother either one of us. I DID get him the Zune this year because I got an amazing deal when Buy.com had it cheap and I got $30 instant credit to put towards it. I couldn't pass it up for that price ! My mom mentioned getting us netflix but we already have it, maybe that is something you guys could use? You can get it for as many months as you want for a gift for someone!!??!! Am I just strange? I absolutely HATE when people ask me what I want for Christmas every year. My husband and I are very fortunate and we buy things for each other and ourselves all year long. I also have a very fortunate mom and stepdad and father-in-law/step-mother-in-law who like to spend a generous amount of money on us. The problem is I HATE to tell people what we want. Actually ususally I cannot even think of anything to tell them and that makes me feel even worse because I know how hard it is to shop for them, because they have everything the need or want also. I for one think Christmas should be for kids and the adults should stop buying presents for each other in my family but is it rude for me to initiate that idea? My mom decided to just give us cash since we plan on making a big TV purchase after the holidays. My SMIL called today and I told her I was getting DH a Zune so maybe some accessories for that and she said she'd get him an I-Tunes card to open on Christmas and just cash to put towards his TV. I told her I need some jeans but the only jeans I wear is Lucky and in my small town there is not a store that carries them and they are so expensive, I felt horrible even saying it! She of course never batted an eye and proceeded to ask me what size shirts and shoes I wear also. Then asked if I needed a new purse, she is a Coach FREAK! I replied that the jeans were all I needed. Does anyone else HATE this? What do you do when someone calls and asks what you want? And of course I get both "What do you want" AND "What does DH want" calls With Dh's mothers family we draw names and then give nice $30-$40 gifts for each name. Reasonable enough. But I always struggle to make out our "wishlist" It usually ends up being generic stuff like towels for the house or candles even though I don't really need any of those items either! And I SWEAR I am not a Scrooge I absolutely LOVE to shop for my kids and all the family! I even kinda like the challenge of finding something for FIL/SMIL and my mom and SD! Any suggestions? Or ideas? What are on your wish list this Christmas?

Yes ! Do you have the receipt? IF not just explain you thought it was for PS2. Walmart is ususally pretty good and will at least give you store credit to buy the right one next week! GOOD LUCK, glad you caught it before Christmas!

From Playstation MTV Games and Electronic Arts announced today that Rock Band, created by original Guitar Hero developer Harmonix, has gone gold, entering final production and manufacturing ahead of its November 20 release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Today's announcement also mentions the PlayStation 2 iteration will now hit stores on December 18, just over a week later than the originally announced date. Thought I'd add that YES I think this is worth it. Especially if your DS enjoys playing the Guitar Hero Games. Dh and I played on the display one at our Walmart and had a BLAST. The drums are alot of fun, more so than the guitar even!! They didn't have the microphone set up to play so I don't know how it works yet....BUT the display set was broke last time I saw it...but we live in a town of stupid people that turn thier kids lose to tear up other peoples things SO ....some kid was probally jumping on the drums to make them play or something. We did however purchase the backup protection plan just in case !

For PS2???? I believe you may be thinking of the ps3 or xbox 360 version they have already been released.

Oh and it is 159.99 I believe~ Here is so info on it being HARD TO FIND: Publisher EA recently commented that it does not expect to be able to meet the demand for Rock Band. "We won't be able to put up enough inventory to meet the demand of this fiscal or calendar year," EA CEO John Riccitiello claimed last week. Riccitiello maintained that "a lot of inventory" will be available when the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions launch, but suggested additional units would be difficult to attain "unless you know someone at one of our retailers."

I heard They changed it from the 10th to the 18th of December. I hope that helps. My ds(9) would have DIED if he didn't get it, literally he told me so We picked it up for his PS3 on release date and there was a LINE. Your best bet is to get to a slow store (we went to Kmart) EARLY on release date OR try Gamestop I found out afterwards that they took PREORDERS!!

LoL sorry but I don't have a clue, Dh has made me prejudice. He won't own plasma. We are ones to leave the TV on ALL THE TIME and video games get played ALOT around here. We only have 3 LCD TV's so far (Just bought DS(9) one for his room from Santa! But a few things I have heard his friends and him discussing is the "burn in" factor that Plasma's have AND the longevity of Plasma. Our Best Buy guy also told us that although manufactuers are saying they have gotten better they still do not last as long as LCD since the Plasma uses gases to create picture the picture WILL become less clear over time. LCD's supposidly still outlast Plasma since they last as long as the backlight does and sometimes with certain models that can be replaced. So basically we are not AT ALL against Plasma but we are definatly against CHEAP Plasma manufactuers that are may or may not be trying to improve those few things.. Also I heard that LCD burns less energy, I have no idea to the truth behind that but with 6 TV's running almost non-stop that could become important.. OK it is late and I am exhausted so if none of this makes sense that is my excuse

My store still has 3 of these and I am wondering if they are any good . I have NO CLUE about any of this LCD HDTV or whatever but want to get my DH a good TV for his sports room...Any reviews yet? Does it come with everything we need to hook it up? Can it be hooked up to surround sound systems and video game consoles (PS3,PS2 and WII?) I was looking at the Polaroid as an alternative and although I don't know much it looks great when you stand back and look at the pictures compared to the others!! (they don't have the Vizio on display) 37" is the largest he can get to fit in my nice entertainment system, poor guy!

Everyone was getting the TV's at mine they got 9 and 9 sold! YUCK don't they realize it was PLASMA!?!?! I just got 2 of the phones and my $20 in giftcards and jetted I DID look at the laptop but nobody here needs a new one and it was OVERPRICED IMO My store has had the Hannah T's since about Black Friday. They are 6.88 everyday I picked up 3 the other day. My store had them in the middle aisle but has since moved them to the girls section! HTH I didn't see any webkins at my store but I wasn't looking. I have no idea where they'd even be located?!?! TOYS? Yeah those hangtags are going to last all of 3 seconds at my Walmart if they put them in TOYS!

Good luck I finally finished getting all mine, a little at a time when I saw it. Today I finally found the invites, we'll probally do personalized invites but I thought Id pick them up just in case!! I got the tablecloth and keepable plastic cups this week too!! I think there must be alot of people doing like me and buying what they see when they see it because the shelf is always BARE!
