Wow lots of Dh getting Zunes. I-Tunes is going to be bogged on CDay!

WOW What a nice gift from his boss! My Dh doesn't get a bonus this year and all he got was a free turkey or ham from Albertson's LOL We dont even cook the turkey/ham in our family!! Just to give you an idea I got DH a Zune, $100 I-Tunes giftcard, a leather jacket, new surround sound system for our bedroom and an IOU for a 50" LCD TV after the New Year. (We'd been planning on that one already!, but I printed out a cute little IOU and wrapped it in a HUGE box!) I also got him 2 PS3 games. He doesn't play much but he likes to play with my oldest DS(9) sometimes. I got Assasian's Creed and Beowolf

I need D batteries darn it..I Think I'll try walgreens maybe? Or drive to find the least crowded place and pay $20 for 2 D batteries

As previously stated in another thread my dad and I don't have a relationship. He has seen my kids maybe 5 times (the oldest) and has never seen my 4yr old in person. He only lives 3hrs away and has been here in town on several occassions. He always sends my kids giftcards at Christmas and I always am tempted to just mark them return to sender. WELL Monday I recieved both the boys cards and giftcards (they are sent individually) but I still have not gotten DD's. I am not sure if they got lost or if he forgot he had a GD. So what now? My mom (they've been divorced for 10yrs) says to call him and tell him it was lost and he needs to replace it I'd rather not! So now after I have spent WAY to much $$$ I have to run out and get a replacement GC to make up? I am tempted to just keep the giftcards and use them on clothing or something and not ever let them know who sent them ... Can I just take one of DD's gifts and put his name on it?? Even though I don't wanna? WWYD?

They MIGHT if you print it out it depends on the manager. My manager LOVES me and let me get the DORA KITCHEN that was marked 9.99 online because I had a printout!! HTH! You can also CALL leapster and ask how much they charge for a charger I bought one directly from them before and I think it was cheaper than in store!

LOL at the eggnog !!! Poor kitties! I just had to share what my wonderful "baby" did. I baked 60 mini cupcakes for my 3 kids Christmas parties Thursday. My big fat Himalayan cat SAT on top of the bakery box and squished them! I had to bake them AGAIN. Kitty spent the night outside after that;)

I didn't read the other replies but I would give the children the gifts anonymously if possible. Then the mother doesn't feel obligated to gift to you and your kids but the kids still get something! She'd probably assume it was you but by making it anonymous she doesn't feel obligated to buy anything for you guys.?! That is what I do every year with my elderly neighbor! HTH

Really mine says shipped but I don't see tracking exactly where is it? I clicked on the underlined hyperlinked "Shipped" but it only gives the the shipping estimates page...??

I just got a confirmation of shipping BUT it amazes me these sites that STILL don't have tracking information. I have no clue who they mailed it through (3 mugs) I am assuming USPS or what method! DRIVES ME NUTS! AND to top it off maybe they didn't update thier email confirmation but it says nothing about upgraded shipping it says expect 3-7 days I still have my fingers and toes crossed though. It was just a FILLER gift by DH's grandma would have been THRILLED!!

I emailed them and they DID email me back but they either spoke very bad english AND had several mispellings or the translating program they used was BAD! But all she told me was that YES it shipped and I should get it by "MERRY CHRISTMAS" lol I KNEW it HAD shipped I emailed asking WHEN and what METHOD LOL

I ordered twice to, before I realized how the codes were obtained. My Halloween photo book has been shipped but my 3 mugs (paid $22.xx out of pocket) have not. I know they said 3-7 days I believe for processing but that is up already, then another 3-10 days for shipping If I use the LATE processing and shipping estimates that makes it arrive 12-28 BUMMER! But probally later since it hasn't even got out of the "processing" stage I emailed them yesterday with NO RESPONSE YEt, I got spoiled to Amazon's instant answers

Technically you cannot return anything ordered from catelog or internet to the store BUT I'd think if they carried the item in store *They do carry the pink sweats because I have bought them~* you could exchange them without receipt for the correct size. I haven't ever tried though! ! ! Maybe call your store and say your "DD got some as a gift and you don't have a reciept but would like to just trade them for the right size..." and see what they say BEFORE ordering?
