I'd take everything that I bought from them back if it still has tags on it. Gymboree does a similair thing with their Gymbucks sometimes they will even try to do it if you are getting the SAME ITEM just a different size! I'd understand if you were trying to get money back you didn't pay in (like a full refund) but an even exchange or an "in their favor" exchange should be permisible IMO. I was not aware that Sears was running that kinda promotion.

The 3 I got (my stores last 3) were still in the locked case but I am pretty sure they were JUST marked down..but the satellite TV's that are also marked 75% are still in locked case too and most stores are reporting them being on an endcap too.
