I am trying for cards in my smalltown tomorrow..it is good 2morrow too right? I am just worried to go outta my way to Walmart *avoid it like the plague* And my walmart will have no clue what I am talking about ....stayed at game until 11-12pm got in bed at 2-3am and woke up at 530 AM to watch balloons launch...I just didn't have it in my today to go in there !

My Stores halloween "purple dot" was not salvaged but was just ringing up 50% not 75% (I had coloring books, those felt frankenstein buckets (I was going to buy 12 of them) Gloves, socks, ect but I put it all back when it didn't ring up 75% just on principal

again today!

UGH QUIT....way more GIRL deals than BOYS this year...at least that is what my current stash list says....my poor boys

I voted when this was in the "kids forum" and didn't reply before it vanished..saw it pop up again so decided to post WE <3 Flo and her commmercials GREAT Costume idea!

Personally for me having an Ipod is no different then myself as a kid asking for a CD boombox or heaven forbid a CD walkman Man I feel old now:blush: But I was also a teenager in the 90's that had a cellphone (yes I was spoiled) My kid have cellphones because although I am not a single parent I have a husband that is gone weeks at a time. All 3 of my kids go to different schools and I refuse to make them ride the bus so I pick them all up individually BY MYSELF. I am just one person. They are also involved in a ton of extra activites that sometimes require me to be in 2-3 different places at once. They have CALL only only thier phones. No data and no text. Its a piece of mind thing for ME they just get the added benifit of having a cellphone. I think you just have to be the responsible parent and REALLY look into these new devices and then learn all about parental blocks. Sadly parents buy these things and have no clue what they are all about or capable of.

Twinmom~ different house same situation...My DS12 HAS an Ipod Touch 2nd gen. he wants a new one and I won't allow it because of the "facetalk" I am instantly bad guy. My DD9 is an angel and God bless her soul has a Nano and is completly happy with her Nano and has no interest at all in a touch. My DS7 now wants a touch he currently has Fisher Prices FP3. I will be getting him a touch but it won't be the new generation for the reason above. I say get her a Nano the newer generation is really neat. (DD has last years gen.) plus they come in all kinds of cool colors too My kids all have phones though, its just internet that I am overly strict with. Their phones have NO TEXT though...(yes I am the overprotective parent LOL)

I got 4 bags of chips and the Frito Lay guy snatched them all up after that (I wanted MORE!) I ran around to scan them because they were on the regular aisle and while I was gone he had to have taken them off the shelf because he was the only one near that aisle The dates on one of my bags was TODAY though so watch them.....The rest were Nov 30.. Whomever said Polly was ringing up fullprice check agian...I got them for 1.xx today. Got a few little pet shops and the scary Yoda that my youngest has been dying for for 1.xx!!! Lots of partyware and a few cute nylon garden flags for 1.xx. For some reason our purple dot stuff is still just ringing up 50% so watch for that.....alot of things I woulda bought for 0.25 but passed on for 0.50! Also don't pass up the METAL big pumpkin cnadle holders (about 18" tall) that are with the garden stuff...they are now 3.xx so I grabbed 4 and will be watching those electronic pillars that just got marked 30% for them. I found Band hero huge box for WII 75% for 55.xx on a red stocking cart pushed backwards at the back wall by the sterilite containers...had a bunch of those cheap elastic waist shorts on it....most likely an employee stash ..I almost nabbed it but left it there. My best score was the boxes of FULL SIZED candy bars they were 28/box for 4.99 Those will be great for stockings. Keep an eye out for the Halloween PEZ thats a steal~ You can open them and seperate them and they aren't halloween marked at all My favorite scores of the day??? Glass pumkin shaped jar full of orange martini mix, orange rimming sugar 0.75 and the black and orange rock candy stirrers...ADORABLE Drinks coming up!

Been looking for one of these at a good deal..IMO this one is pretty good unless your looking to try to get one on BF that will most likely be an off brand and won't have the extras. I am going to get one maybe two of these. I THINK Walmart and a few other stores had them for $49 last year. I never thought we needed one because we have TV's in both cars..but then my DD started competition Gym and there are LONG waits inside the auditorium....I need one now! THANK YOU

Don't know if its just my area but all the sudden everything seems to be in full stock Squinkee's, Zoobles, Finfin, Monster High, Lalaloopsy ect. And at all stores Kmart,Walmart and Target here (no TRU,ect) Just a heads up for those looking. I've noticed this for about 2wks and the shelves are still well stocked today..

With no tax at Amazon.com it might beat the Target deal..If your tax is higher than 5% I LOVE no tax deals from Amazon..the kindle is worth every penny BTW
