Yep, no use to trying to hold on to anything. Do a killer sale and see if that will get the foot traffic going again. You cant stay over priced and expect people to shop there . The one closet to me is closing now to. That just leaves 1 in my area and 5 in my entire state

On Christmas eve we always have went over my DW grandmothers house. She is older now and not everyone comes over like they use to but I really enjoy the family aspect of being with her...well I do love her to death as well..she is my heart, but I would love to sit in matching PJ and watch movies and games all day with it just being us......but our families are so big and we split the days with them. One gets Christmas Eve and the other gets Christmas Day. We go to both houses on Thanksgiving and I usually leave one to go straight to the stores.

Listening to Christmas music now - not into Halloween so I move the holidays up and extend them just a little bit. With my job I really need the cheer the entire 4th quarter.

Ditto..... on everything I love my prelit from Home Depot as well. I love the white and my DW loves the Multi Color so we both get to fully enjoy the tree. I bought some different decorations last year for the tree and I hope they look good once there up.

I ordered a few from Kohls and QVC. I will do the hot coco for the teens and Books for the younger ones.

My brother and I did that for the family one year. We got a cabin in Pigeon Forge and everyone went up. We waited until late spring to go and did Dollywood. They didn't like it at Christmas time but loved it while we were there.

Never thought about a book series, you could even set it up to have 1 delivered every month.... Interesting
