My inLaws are the same way. They have everything and do what ever they want. So what I have started doing was buying experience. Shows, concerts, Fancy car driving experience, just something they would not normally do but that they may enjoy.

Pots and Pan set for my mom just might work, but her thoughts is a gIft should be just for that person and not something she has to use for everyone else...vacuum cleaner etc, but she bought me one last year and I was not sure how to take it.
