Hello everyone,
Thank you for the warm wishes. I am just takin it one day at a time. Hate to feel like a burden on anyone but I have a wonderful family and friend group that has really been there for me. I feel blessed. I have received my SS and OE gift. Thank you so much. I will not open my SS until Christmas and I always open my OE gift while watching Home Alone 2 ( when Kevin is in Duncans Toy Store and get the two turtle doves). So I will be opening that tonight. I cant wait.

OE is done and shipped. My SS will be a little different this year. I am going to make it work the bet way I can. This was the first year in 20 years I did not physically go out for BF shopping
. I was changing my daughters tire on the side of the highway on Monday and a car hit her car and then her car hit me and through me into the barrier. I am so thankful to be alive. Cant walk to well at the moment and in a good bit of pain but God kept me so I am so thankful. A lot of people have not survived something like this so I feel blessed. I did some shopping online (not all that fun ) and you cant get all the doorbusters on line. So I am going to have to trust shipping a lot this year. So, my SS has to wait for the items to be delivered to me and I will get them packed up and shipped back out. My DW is going to pick up a few things locally for me too, but I plan on having everything shipped by end of week as long as everything showing up on time.

I love seeing all of the new members chatting and getting the items they want. I remember when I found this site and all of the excitement and help from the veterans of BF shopping. Len Mullens (sic) is a technical wizard and has helped me by tv's, computers, and even a GPS (dating myself). So if you are looking for something or need help, post it here or in the respective chats and we will all be happy to help. I think the old BF is gone. I have been trying to make the best of it but I find myself shopping a lot online. I still go out and fight the crowds but even the crowds are not what it use to be.

Will replace them at some point. Went and got the Hisense (3rd one we have now). All have been excellent TV's the oldest one we have is like 4 years old and works like new still, outlasted our LG that died after 3 years lol.
I might give Hisense a try. The have the QLED at a good price for BF

My TCL backlight just died. I bought it 2 years ago. I tried to change it myself which wasn't hard but tedious, but I stepped on the LCD screen and ruined the TV.

I see that Hisense is trying to make a push this year and get into more homes. I have never tried that brand. TCL has a few decent deals at Walmart and Amazon. I think I am going to get a tv from Costco or Sams so I can get the full 3-5 year warranty. I am tired of the TV's dying after 2 years

Yes the old boards where we could filter searches and stuff. I would make a binder with the stores and items I needed to get. Now its a crap shot.

Man, this is one of the better ads...that doesn't say much but if I had a BJ's I would rack up on a few things in this ad.

I hope they don't expire. I buy a good bit at Kohls and use the Kohls cash on me afterwards.
