We do stockings and my parents did stockings for us. We love the stockings! I put them up when I decorate but usually don't fill them before xmas. Sometimes if I get little stuff for my boyfriend I will put it in his already but I don't fill the kids stockings til santa comes. My boyfriend puts stuff in mine and I put stuff in his and the kids. In my teenage years and stuff my parents would do make-up, body spray, body wash, and stuff like that.

Well last year at Target we got there right after they opened. I only went in for 2 things and got those things then hustled to the checkout. I didn't have to wait but maybe 5 minutes. All the other lines were good. Best Buy was about a 15 minute wait by the time we got there. If toysrus has the big thing I want on BF then I will be camping out. I plan on taking 2 other people with me. I will run in, get what I need, send the other 2 people to get what I need and then get to the checkout so hopefully we won't have to wait that long in line (knock on wood). But usually my boyfriend is the person who will wait in the checkout line if it's long. Sometimes I will tell him to go stand in line but we've been lucky with the lines not being long in the stores we've gone to.

I am getting so antsy now too. I bet with each year it will be later and later that we see the ads because of the legal issues and such.

I get coupons from my friends and family too! lol. But sometimes the michael's website doesn't have the printable 40% or 50% off 1 item. Usually you have to get those from the ads in the paper. But I have noticed more 50% off 1 item coupons lately. They had one that was for this past sunday and yesterday only.

My grandma already got a wishbook. I signed up for this and haven't got one yet. I wanted the tool book too. I took the wish book my grandma got! I found something cool I am going to get my boyfriend for xmas! Oh FYI: the wishbook is available to view online. Just go to sears.com/wishbook

I wish it would snow here, just not on BF. I think we will be ok though. It has been warm here. It gets a little cool at night but still in the 70's to low 80's during the day right now. I'm wondering where my fall weather is!!! I hope that it would be a nice temp on BF. Not too cold and no rain!

I went to Kmart last year on Thansgiving. My stepmom wanted to go so she picked me up and we went. There were a few things I was considering on getting, just little toys on sale, but they were sold out when we got there. I ended up not buying anything but my stepmom got a few things. If there are good deals on things I want this year then yeah I will go again. Otherwise I'm gonna stay warm and toasty in my bed and save the freezing in the cold for BF!

I am about half finished. I have bought quite a few things for my kids already. Just need a few more things and that big gift of a play kitchen for my DD!

I can't wait for tru that's my #1! I am looking for the good deals on toys this year! Most of the people talk bad about walmart since they are bullys and what not but it's in 3rd place currently! I would say my 2nd choice is a tie between walmart, sears and target.

Yeah I know people who have done it in the past too. But I don't know anymore stores who do layaway anymore!

Creative brand is pretty good. I have the zen stone plus. I bought it a year ago or so. You can download music and videos from anywhere and transfer them to it. When I got the zen stone plus it came with a disc and you put it in your computer and it sets up. I believe mine just uses windows media player to transfer the songs from your computer to your mp3 player. It's really simple. I haven't put any songs on it in a while though.

I just looked online. Sale starts today online and runs through Oct 5th. I saw some jeans but I like the sweetheart jeans and they didn't have those in the sale, that I saw.

That's bad. Even if she was my sister I would tell her to get her butt up and go with me. I can't believe she said let me know what the good deals are so I can give you my list!! It would be different if you offered but I hate the fact people assume you will get stuff for them just cause you are going. Maybe 1 thing but a freakin list?!?! There are so many people and so much going on I couldn't imagine managing a list for my sister and my list too!!

I'm looking for a portable one too. One that will possibly fit in a case to put on the back of the seat. I saw the kid tough dvd players Fisher Price has out now. I was considering that but I kinda wanted one with dual screens. I've been looking and I did see that audiovox for $104 and the bad reviews and passed on that. I don't want one of the cheap ones with crappy reviews, I hope they have a good brand at a good price for BF.

No one has ever asked me to pick up anything. My mom will watch the kids for us while we go shopping that day. Last year I saw this really cute peace necklace in the sears ad. I knew my sis would love it and I told my mom about it and she decided to get it for my sis for xmas. So of course I picked it up cause I had to go to sears too and my mom was home watching our kids. It was the least I could do. But no one ever asks me to pick up anything for them and I probably wouldn't do it unless they gave me money before hand and if it was a store I was already going to. My aunt and cousin go out on BF too. We saw them at a store last year. Other than that I don't think anyone else in my family even cares about going BF shopping. They probably don't even look through the ads so they don't know what's on sale!!

Don't know what happened to that but my 2 yo is into Dora. I think the one Dora present she likes most is the Dora Style Your Own Phone. It talks and plays a little song like it's ringing. Seems to be one of the more realistic phones and she loves to play with peoples phones so this one keeps her entertained for a little bit!

Does anyone know what's all included? I've been hearing this ad for a day or two and was wondering if their jeans will be on sale for $14.92. I got 2 pairs when they had them for $15 but would love to get some more if they were that cheap!

I looked at the receipt and it doesn't say anything about it. It has the return policy on the back but it doesn't say anything about this promo. I don't want to return it and then they charge me for the item I got for free. I will just keep what I have. I'm not trying to screw them but the bigger better potato head is on sale at amazon so I was gonna return the other one I bought to tru.

Ok, what happens if you decide to return something you bought during this promo? I just saw the 80th anniversary potato head at amazon.com and I bought mrs. potato head during this sale. What happens if I return it? I paid for this potato head, I didn't get it free. Would it affect the thing I got for free? Would I have to pay whatever price this toy was that I got for free?

I can't believe anyone who works in an elementary school would want to cancel christmas! Even if you have no one to share it with, being at an elementary school should be enough. Just think about all those beautiful, smiling, singing, happy faces! Why would anyone want to cancel it or do it every 5 years!? I agree about putting things in their mailboxes!

I don't remember. But I buy all my cake stuff there and use the coupons as I get them and just buy one thing at a time. I've already bought my dd art stuff and coloring books for xmas. I used the coupons and bought them one at a time. I would start buying them one at a time now. Even if the coupon is for entire purchase it won't hurt anything if you start buying now and doing it one at a time. I know the 40% and 50% off entire purchase coupons are few and far between. I don't remember if they did one around BF time last year or not.

I don't have a kohls card. No one I know does either. Is the 30% off only for people with kohls cards?
