i saw those today too, and i don't get it, give your kid some cardboard and markers and let them at it, they would probally have more fun making thier own.I saw Target had those paper guitars that I saw mentioned somwhere on here. The had the drums and some kind of amp. I think these are going to be popular. They did loook pretty cool.

I can't remember, might be worth a dig through the archives, i am giong to need at least one 24" this year myself.......
-
they usually go pretty cheap i think i picked some 20" bikes at walmart a few years back for like 35.00 each, but they where basic

i don't know does apple ever really go on sale???
-
also another thought even if i was going to take a bag, i would not choose a backpack, that may get you marked as suspicious by security and that is the last thing you want to deal with on that day.
-
nothing, have ads in a folder in car to look at while traveling between stores and cash on person in stores, too much work keeping up with a bag that day
-
my son is in middle school this year so what i am doing for his teachers is a mini handsanitizer from BBW plus the little holders tied onto a candy cane

probally about 10 years, me and my mom have been going for as long as i can remember!

I am glad that when asked my kids did not know what any of the toys on this list where, I wore myself out with Zhu Zhus last year so I don't want to be chasing any "hot toys" this year.

I did see that Big Lots has thier Polaroid MP3 Touch Screens for $50. Don't know much about them but they looked ok from the advertisment.
i will have to check that out, i saw some in lakeside collection for about $59 but i was hesitant because i could not inspect them in person so i didn't order them.
-
well i unfortionatly need two netbooks (first year i have had to really go after this kind of stuff), two touch screen CHEAPO (not ipod) mp3 players, spearker systems for those and a 32" or larger tv and then my regular clothes and video games list as usual

I have had mine since last spring and i love them, the are comfortable and i have see results, my legs are sleek and toned and my tush is definatly tighter. I think like anything the amount and way you use them will determine the results you get. I bought two pairs of the boots for this winter after wearing them regular shoes feel extermly thin and uncomfortable.

what about a gingerbread city??? you could do a house and some people and some little trees
-
oh man why can't this sale have waited until after school started like last year so i could sneak off by myself????
-
we have ordered from them before and the protions are really small so keep that in mind, they size is ok for me and kids but DH complained
-
just a warrning i got a pair of these for my b-day last year and they do not fit true to size, i would order .5 to a whole size up, the strap across the foot is very narrow and tight.
-
I got one out, but i am not hopefull, left AZ on monday via usps so I doubt I will get it by tommrow, it is a gift, but not the end of the world if it dosen't get here, thats what i get for waiting till the last minute for the best deal

we go out to eat with in-laws, then come home and everyone gets a "Christmas Eve Gift" it is usually a book or game or movie for the kids that we can all do together, we put cookies in to bake and do whatever activity the kids have opened up, then the kids write a note to santa and set out milk and cookies and off to bed. then me and dh spend the rest of the evening putting all the santa gifts together so that they are ready to play with Christmas morning.

DD is in 5th grade and they switch classes so she has 4 subject teachers, her G&T teacher, piano teacher, and art studio teacher. I ended up getting 6 of the BBW lotion and soap sets and 1 anti-bac 4 pack (+ a free item). Thanks to coupons and the very nice salespeople at BBW, they all cost me only around $70. :-)
dss is in 5th grade too and maybe i am cheap, but i only buy for the home room teacher......now next year going into 6th grade (middle school here) i am going to pick up the anti-bac minis when they are on sale at BBW and attach a candy cane or something similar to each one and let him hand them out to all his teachers.......i remeber when i was in middle school no one really gave the teachers anything except maybe some candy or something.

i have bought regular balls for my kids, and we tryed one out, the hamster does tip over, but I think that on a hard floor it would do ok, we tried it on carpet.....also the ones i bought have a stationary option which i think will work better

The kids are always excited on Christmas so we don't do a big sit-down meal. We'll have a crock pot of shredded chicken sandwiches, cheesy potatoes, shrimp dip, teeny weenies & smokies in bbq sauce, dips, meat & cheese tray. Just stuff to snack on throughout the day. Plus all the Christmas candies and cookies we've all made.
same here we mostly do finger goods, plus i do a ham and sandwitch fixing for it (rolls, cheese plate, relish tray) and some deserts, Christmas is a laid back meal for us.
-
if this was me i would buy several types of prepared appetizers at a warehouse club and fix those along with a relish tray, cheese tray, bread tray and a couple of homemade dips, i do all the "from scratch" type cooking on Thanksgiving, and feel like Christmas should be enjoyed and spent cooking!

my day started at walmart at 4am, they only had 16 fur real puppies and tons of people milling about, so i decited that it was time to "reconnect" with a lady that I went to high school with that I noticed was standing close enough to reach them, we slid the quanity we need between the two of us close and got what we needed when it was time, finished up in toys and moved on to clothes, of course they where already out of almost everything, but I picked up a few things and was at kmart (20 min drive) by 6:30, kmart was fabulous, it was packed, but everyone was calm and polite and i easily got everything i needed, finished up with a few mall stores and got everything on my list.........worst things about the day, walmarts crazy asile roping off so you couldn't get through and the long line to check out at gamestop because the cashiers where trying to chat and upsell everyone like it was a regular day all in all it was a good year and I am ready for next year.......
What are the HOT toys for this year?
