Does anyone think that the Hexbugs could be price matched at Target or Walmart?
doubt walmart will because i don't believe they carry them
-
right now on accuweather.com you can get up till wendsday of that week.........the trend here looks cold!
-
yup layers is the way to go, i already have my clothing lined out, we should be in 20-30s....so some comfy fleece pants, thermal top, insulated vest, light jacket, and heavier jacket, that way i can peel down as the day goes!

Visited there today and they have signs up saying they will be open at 7am on Thanksgiving day and Black Friday, supposed to have specials each day like they did last year. They where busy so I didn't ask about the ad, but maybe someone else can get hold of a copy. They where pretty good on turkey day last year I went there to pick up papers and drinks and wound up buying a couple of other things.

I am also curious about the Netbook on sale ! trying to see what I can find out about it but if anyone has any info please share !! thinking about it for my two grandkids who are 7 & 8 .........they only play some online disney games and nickelodeon games but they do use Itunes since they both have Ipod touches . any advise as to if this would meet their needs ? thanks
the netbook seems to be a fairly good one for what you are wanting based on the specs in the ad, but if you want two bring a friend because it says one per customer, min of one per store so you might want to shake down your local manager and see if you are can get an idea of how many they will have

probally princeton/hopkinsville, ky for me unless the ads get better then perhaps paducah, ky
-
usually we send someone out for it or i go get it around 6 or 6:30

Actually Amber, I think the same company DOES own Peebles! Crazy, huh?!
I wonder if the deal is that this one big company buys out smaller regional stores (including rights to their names), then reopens them with their own products? If so, I think that's a pretty smart business move! :)
wouldn't surpise me, the peebles bags have several other names on them including the now defunct goodys.......anyhow around here the ad usually comes in the mail about a week out and they have some good sales not a first stop but definatly a stop most years
-
The Bon-Ton name is regional, but the store is more widespread... Around here (central KY), it's known as Elder Beerman, and I think it has another name somewhere else in the country (can't remember for sure). So if you've ever seen an Elder Beerman ad leaked, then you've seen Bon-Ton's ad! :) HTH!!
I thought that bon-ton was peebles here in KY????? maybe i am confused

i am wondering the same thing not seeing these prices
-
well our walmart has a 3.0 MP camera for $50 so i would not think that one extra MP would be worth another $50..........in the bass pro add there are two for 79.99
-
i think that in years past the wallflowers have been $5 on BF

here is the link to week two's selection starting nov 10

Don't know if i am the only one or not, but every year around this time I start having anxeity dreams about black friday...ie oversleeping, everything i want sold out, that kind of thing. They started last night, i dreamt that there where no ads this year (guess due to the slow leakage this year) and then everything at the stores was just crazy, you had to run all over the stores trying to figure out what they had and how much it was once the packages where open..........so anyone else have them and want to share???
-
i love mine, have both boots and tennis shoes......i will say i only love the skechers brand though, i have tried other toning shoes and they are really uncomfortable to me.......and i have seen results in my legs and glutes.
-
this is very similar to thier ad last year....but they havent really had a decent ad in a few years. Once walmart started opening at 5 too freds didn't stand a chance in my little town because you couldnt do both first thing when they opened.
-
ok we have already carved our pumpkins so i cannot do that one.........but if i had to choose a costume it would be military fatigues and combat gear........i always feel like i am on some special tactical mission and the war is defianlty on.
-
Do they sell out fast, or is it something that can wait till later morning/early afternoon? Radio Shack is a destination location for me and if I have to get there super early and miss out on Walmart... well let's not think about it.
well looking at your location i am not sure this was my experience last year and i live in an extreamly small town (about 7500 pop), we did walmart and where out of there by about 5:15, stoped by radio shack on way out of town to shop a bigger area. they where already open and had about 3 other customers, i ran in and got the last 4 hexbugs in the store at about 5:20 and was on my way to my next opening at 6am.......i am pretty sure my store only had 4 to start with but people do no really go there for toys in my town......i would do some recon at my store and feel them out and plan accordingly, you may be better off to pricematch somewhere if you can
-
the ad should be in the store as of today, i was in yesterday and they where displaying the ad that started today so they should have switched out to the nov 3 ad today.
-
When I was at Target today I saw that they have done a price cut on the Zoobles. I know the single packs are now $4.50. All the other ones and accessories have been cut as well. However whenI was at TRU and checking out the hexbugs I saw they have raised the prices. Go figure. Shamey on them. This is some of what I need for Christmas.
for the past two years radio shack has had the hexbugs buy 1 get 1 free on BF......i picked some up for my nephews last year!
-
try vegitarian times magazine...........i used to get time all the time and they have some great recipies around the holidays.......i think they may even have a website.
-
Aldi has started to post thier holiday toy selections for this year on thier website.......they have quite a few popular toys this year so it might be worth comparing prices. Not sure if they are going to do the weekly selection like they have in years past or just this one week, starts nov3...also noticed they have a link to a holiday catalog too.
