What about a shadowbox frame, with a fishing theme that you can put pics in. If her DH or someone could get you some pics of him with his grandsons, that would be nice to add. I have seen some really nice shadow memory boxes. Or a really nice framed photo of him?

That happened to my cousin a few weeks ago....but when she went back to get the bag it was no where to be found. It had a sundress, 2 girls bathing suits , shoes and a couple of other things in it. Target made good for all of it. Thought that was good of them. My cousin isn't sure what happened to the original bag.

Oh that is a good deal! I love Hallmark anyway...spending $10 is never a problem. Your DD will love the Webkinz. It is a great toy, and it does NOT cost you more money after you get it. Your "subscription" for lack of a better word, will last a year and then you have to activate a new pet, to keep the old ones active. But for the cost, I think that is fair. I LOVE to play tiletowers!!! It is addictive:rolleyes:!! If she has a friend that could come over to her you/her set it up and explain some of the activities..that would help for sure. There is a lot of cool stuff to do on the website!

Ours are $39.98 as well. They did have some really cute gift bags, with matching cards in the dollar spot, that I hadn't seen before though. Not the Mother's Day ones...these were really brightly coloured. Some were 2/$1 and others were just $1. The colours they used are really mod, and they could be used for anyone, for any occasion. No other deals to be found though....thought I would maybe pick up some of the automotive stuff but it was cleared right out. Grrr.....

I think you're right....Grrrrrr! They would have made great little take home items for kids when we have games night etc...I did see a really cute line of Strawberry Shortcake, but my kids age group is a little old for it. Thanks lovetoshopCA for the info!

I don't know anywhere to get cheap treats etc...sorry. But that is so good of you to donate to the shelter. Our family donates alot of stuff to our local shelter too. I just wanted to point out, that they will usually take any old towels, blankets, kettles, microwaves....all SORTS of stuff that you would never think of. It is always a good idea to call your local shelter, if you have anything that you are getting rid of. They maybe able to use it somehow. It is a great way, to get your kids to part with stuffed animals (my kids never want to part with theirs). But when they know that they are going to a dog or cat that needs a friend, they gladly give it away. (Then it is also out of my house--). Just an FYI!!

I think that is the problem. I am not so good with the whole computer thing!! I am going to get someone to help me with it. I was just ready to take it back, but DD had a fit!!

The stuff is REALLY cute, especially for the price. Most items in that line are $2.50. It is all done in lime green and bright blue. It is very cute. There are pillows and alot of different items. I think they will go quick as they are so nice. Sorry I have a camera phone but won't be going again until next week. I think you would like it, if the colours will work for you. It is very whimsical....

I think you should try to make her one too! They are so much fun to craft...and how much more meaningful it would be! Maybe not your thing.....but if not, you could probably find someone to do one for you. A scrapbooker, would be able to have one done in no time, if it doesn't need to be too detailed. Then it could totally be tailored to grandparents/grandchildren too, which would be cute!

Good day for me too. Fort Gratiot store of course 50% off. I got quite a few Jelly Belly things. They had some dispensers filled with the smoothie flavoured Jelly Bellys, and also these cute little purses filled with them. These would be great for party favours. My parties are taken care of for the year though! They were $1. each. Lots of Peeps left but not really any chocolate. They had lots of the Cars/Princess rugs left 75% off too. No scrapbooking or stationary to be found at 75% off??? Also anyone who bought a PHOTOKINZ...are you having any luck getting it to load with Vista? I followed the directions on their site, and I still can't get it to load??? I know this isn't deal related but I know all of you guys were getting them too!
