I'm glad someone started a topic about this lol I am so antsy for an ad, ANY AD!! I check all day long and the dissapoint grows more and more everytime I see no ads posted yet lol Seriously though!!!!! PLEASE LET THERE BE AN AD SOON!!!!!!

I've been to Meijers the past 3 years on Thanksgiving morning, the store I go to they let you go in and get whatever you want and put it in your cart then you can get in line and wait for 5am or whatever time it is til the sale prices go in effect. We usually get there about an hour before the sale starts and don't have a problem getting everything we go for. This usually doesn't apply to electronics and big ticket items, there is usually a long line back in the electronics section for those and they don't bring them out until the sale time.

Walked into Dollar Deals yesterday and they had a full selection of Xmas items right by all the halloween stuff. Wrapping paper, cards, bows, gift bags! It was crazy I still haven't seen that much halloween stuff, just a couple stores have a small selection. Of course my mom bought 3 giftbags yesterday, she loves giftbags and they had santa claus on them so it was inevitable that was going to get them lol

Well I only regret half of it lol Table and chairs from Kmart 2 years, they have it in the ad all the time since then though. I regret the table, as soon as we started putting it together the top of it was starting to chip of lilttle pieces of fake wood stuff and within a month or two the whole table top was warped and bent. We barely used it to begin with but once that happened we just throw it out. We still have the chairs though, the are awesome and still in great condition lol

Everyday I make a little wish that today will be the day the first ad will be posted

I haven't been to Bowling Green in years, what stores do you go to down there? What are the crowds like on BF?

I think the stores will be pulling out all the stops this year. At least I hope they do lol I know most likely I won't change any of the stores I go to unless it's a deal that can't be beat but knowing me I'll end at Kmart as my main store as usual lol I already have a layaway on right now lol

We barely have any halloween items out around here. The Walmart down the street has a little bit of fall decor out and K mart has a small display of costumes. Walgreens is the only store I have to seen to have out all of their Halloween items.

Walgreen's for me is usually a last stop, they sometimes have a couple things I could use, sometimes it's the box of gold chocolates(my uncle always gets a couple to give to the nurses at his nursing home) or revlon lip gloss at a good deal, and sometimes they have Tide for a good price.

True it does depend on the ads and this year I think we are going to get into pricematching but usually it goes like this: Thanksgiving: Meijer Kmart Black Friday: Meijer(if they don't have anything we want then we start at Kmart instead) Kmart Walgreens Target and wherever else we end up going.

Please bring on the ads, mostly likely it will be a store I don't even go to but I don't care I just want to see an ad, even though it will bring up my excitement level 1000 notches and most likely make someone in my family slap me from talking about BF soo much lol

I just heard about this on the news, definitely something worth looking into since I go to Kmart every year on BF.

Like everyone else has said The deals, the rush, the crowd, tradition. And spending 2 crazy adventurous days with my mom from 4am Thanksgiving Day til after we're done shopping on BF it is a crazy madness of shopping, laughing, food, shopping, and general awesomeness lol

I totally agree with all of thee above statements I think this year has been the worse for me when it comes to getting excited super early and talking about it non stop and already planning lol

I've been to K Mart on BF for the past 3 years. I always like it and usually find a lot of good deals.

It will definitely be worse for me rent just got raised by $110 who knows if I will even be able to go out at all now on BF :*(

I've never camped out, but I never go for big items that call for a camping out situation lol Me and my mom usually get to the store about an hour before the store opens and usually always get what we want. For some reason at our K Mart an hour before the door opens a new line will start across from the one where people have been for days or hours, the people in the 1st line always yell and then the other side yells back and even though I am in the new line because depending on what time you get there sometimes you don't know which line is which, I always let as many people as I can that were in the original line get in before I go but sometimes you're just pushed in lol

Usually it's just me and mom with money and ads, I always carry a messenger bag full of stuff i might need tissues, hand sanitizer, gum, chapstick, my usual purse stuff lol I am definitely going to steal the index card idea, it sounds ideal :)

Haven't watched any yet but plan on watching The Polar Express, A Christmas Story, and Hocus Pocus sometime in the next couple days lol

It is always me and my mom, my dad said he might come along this year.

Me: DS games and a kit for my DSi Mom: Digital Camera or red microwave she's been dying to have Dad: DVD's and clothes Sister and BIL: DS games Nephew: Anything Sesame Street and clothes

And my mother thought I was crazy because I was already talking about BF! ha! I'm not the only one already thinking about it lol.
