I have found that not everything on the wal-mart website has site to store free shipping...tried to buy some clothes recently and that was not an option.

There are sometimes, or at least coupons on the mail with your statement. I just got one for Kmart and Sears for 10 off 50, and they expire in early December. I'll save those for BF shopping.
