Where in NY? I live in Albany and the one in Latham has signs up 30% but if you scan item it came up 75%. The one in East Greenbush is still 30-50%. I am going to try tomorrow...

ETA : Okay, I did some research and found this info on other boards. I can't confirm, but rumor is there will be hand sanatizer, folders, and 8-pack pencils for $.01 each, three-ring binders for $.25, and FAR highlighters. It was in my ad today. I get half my ads today and the other half tomorrow... My dd starts kindergarden in the fall. I am not sure what she is going to need,but I will go and see what I can get. Defintely the hand sanatizer,(can't have tooo much of that..)

Okay so here I live in Upstate NY and the 2 Targets near me never have anything good. I get so mad sometimes that they don't mark down as fast as other stores do. And by tthe time I get there they are gone..........Maybe I just need to sleep there...lol:)
