Brad is absolutely correct. The LT is an older model without Dolbyvision. I am currently trying out the new Chromecast with Google TV. So far, VUDU will not work in 4K. You have to go into the settings of the device to even get it to match content, otherwise it will not do 4K at all. Not a good start for them, but it may improve over time.

The Deals are slowly trickling in, so do not despair! When you encounter an "ONN" Walmart branded tv remember that you get an extra year of warranty upon registration. Other than that, some clubs offer extra years of worry free viewing when you purchase there. Deals do not have to be on Black Friday anymore. Look nearly all month long leading up to Black Friday. Strike when the iron is hot and your budget permits. Amazon has sales as well as Newegg. I recently purchased an 86 inch TV (Newegg) that was $350 below current market price with free shipping and no tax with a $100 gift card. I am hoping to get back into the spirit of the season. There is a lot going on which is taking me away from the excitement of it all. Perhaps as November drags on we shall see the excitement peak.

Just announced an enhanced version with Dolbyvision support! This is fantastic news and if the trend continues we just may see it offered for the sales this year. The expected release date is October 15.

I might bite on a system if they offered full keyboard/mouse support.

Sounds like an excellent experience for you. They just do not try hard enough for their customers. Lowes seems to be the price leader this year. I already knocked two major appliances off of the list this year with stellar/epic deals.

I bought an expensive 86" 4K NANO TV and expected to get the CFO's report in a negative light, but all systems are a go for the full amount as usual.
