Do you mean Christmas shopping? I wonder how many people shop The Black Friday season for the deals first, especially now that it is so spread out. It would make a good poll to see how many rely on the deals for the holiday season as well.

I am not against the people who see a profit margin or advantage in a sale that would normally be die cast against them. The problem is essentially with the Manufacturers who short stock an item in order to create the frenzy in the first place. History proves this time and again.

Placing people in a financial bind is not a great move Walmart.

Seems as if Macy's should stick to their own identity. Our beloved companies are not coming back due to rampant mismanagement.

Just Black Friday. Let's keep this simple, lol. If a house were attainable on black Friday we would all be better off. The worst kind possible. Imagine trying to please multitudes of people with one gift.

I recently signed up and received the offer for $200 off of a 500 dollar purchase within the first 3 months of account opening and opted for a statement credit. I have 0.0% intro APR on purchases for 15 months and 1.5% cash back on all purchases. Nothing like having the money to spend (pay off the card) and getting money back on the purchase. Buying it at best buy should garner points as well.

What would it be, why do you absolutely have to have it, and who would it be for? This year the season will be stretched out quite a bit so make your decision count!

Camping out, waiting in line, fights at Walmart, TV Deals. The list goes on and on....

A very generous prize indeed! The question should be whether it should be relegated to a non-Oled tv to prevent burn-in, lol.

Don't we all? I envision a new 50", 55" and 65" this year even if two of them are put aside as mid year replacements. The truth is that it costs you more to buy mid year to replace one that goes out than to get a Black Friday deal and keep it boxed for that inevitable failure at three to seven years down the road.

Black Friday this year will fall on my birthday. Sometimes it falls on Thanksgiving. I am taking this as a good omen as other years have shown birthday convergences to be pretty epic in nature.

Fortunately, this budget is still about $2000. Same every year.

Here is a prediction: Will I buy some more TVs and 4K goodies? Price will be a factor this year and we shall se if the 55" 4K deals are as good or will they move to the 65" size?

Black Friday is forever changed, but as i get older i realize that spending a week at home shopping instead of camping can yield some unexpected and more convenient results. Istill miss camping but admit that it was becoming impossible due to the changing terms and sales dates which split up the deals to be had.

I will be in line for the rise of palpatine 4k. BTW. If anyone is looking for 4k Back to the future trilogy Ebay is the place! Got one for $27.50.

There should be plenty of scoob. From the look of stocks online they overproduced it. Even the 4k version can be found inexpensively.

Took a peek at the movies. One thing that stood out was the large number of $3 to $5 movies which were either there forever and were dropped down to as low as .75 or they were the EXACT ones that were purchased by myself at Dollar Tree, lol. I ended up buying only one Bluray for $1.25. These will more than likely be the selection on sale because they have a habit of placing them out early.

Sometimes, the most obvious the better. Pens, notepads, practical things that people pick up and use everyday that you will get the best return on your investment.
