Funny, must be an Eagle's fan! Lol. Anyway, our TRU / BRU had their grand re-opening last week. Look for a coupon in the mail. I got $5 off $25, plus 15% off any BRU item.

I know, it's only Monday! But.....I missed the Wii's last week due to the Redskins game, which by the way...I should have skipped! Anyway....manager I talked to said they may be advertised again next week, and if they are, they will have them in stock. Thanks!

I banned Walmart's line two years ago when I was almost trampled! I was literally afraid for my life. They stacked up all their tv's and stuff around the departments, so when you went in a section, you couldn't get out! It was MAYHEM! People were screaming and crying. I vowed never to get in their line again. Last year I waltzed in at about 5:15 after all the nonsense, grabbed all my stuff, and checked out. Of course I wasn't going for any laptops or big ticket items. But I did avoid all the chaos of "the line."

Yes, I know I am pushing it. But it could work, right?

It's usually $10 off something. And it's usually a code from inside a movie that's released for the holidays. At least that's what it has been the past two years. I too will be watching out for one of these!

Kind of a pain for the coupon. You have to enter all this personal info, and I had to install some coupon printer onto my computer. After all that, my settings were wrong on my computer, and it only printed half of the coupon. When I went back to re print, it wont let me, it says "you have already printed this coupon!" Oh well, I tried.

I do the same, except I use those GIGANTIC IKEA bags. They cost about .99c each and are HUGE. I have 2 and it also helps avoid all the shopping cart issues.

My sis got her purse stolen at Kmart on Thanksgiving day. Eight hundred bucks cash, the dummy. Then the thiefs, had the nerve to call her and say they found the purse in the street and she could come pick it up at some random place in DC. My sis said for them to take it to the nearest police station, it never showed up!

Bumping up, I would like to know as well! Although, I am really bummed that this starts at 5:00 pm, who shops at 5:00 on a Friday night! Aparently I will, lol!

My best moment was when I was featured on ABC news! Yup that was me . Thanksgiving night on the national news. Then the second best thing was when I was at Target on BF, this husband and wife team yelled across the store, " We saw you on the news and you inspired us to come out today!" It was really cool. I was actually recognized a few times over the weekend because the local news channel here kept running the clip over and over again. My family said it all went to my head......nawwww, not me!

Ok, I too was freaking out. Purchased on 12/15, estimated arrival....January 2nd!!!!!!!!!!BUT....I just got an email from "Eagle" who is the carrier for my shipment. It shipped out on Saturday, arrived in Baltimore on Tuesday. I only live about an hour away...so I was thinking, come on! I'll come get it! The email said, just call and arrange a time for us to deliver! YIPEE!!!!! I don't even have to be home, SHEW~! I was ready to go out and buy the gift again, and send the original back to Amazon with a note saying, day late and a dollar short! So, keep in mind, there is still hope.

I ended up using this coupon as well. If the deal with the coupon is better than the instant savings, then you can use it, but only on the regular price. We ended up buying a 42 inch plasma, samsung. Reg price was $1699.00, $1499.00 after instant savings, so it wasn't a better deal to use the coupon on the tv. I did however us it on the home theater system which saved me over $30.00. The guy was really cool and he faked a price match from circuit city for us, for $1301.00, plus 10%. We used our rewards card and earned about $60.00 in rewards as well. So, it pays to find a younger salesman who you can befriend and they will hook you up. They don't work on commission, so they don't really care about giving you the higher prices.
