I've always shopped with my sister, we had it down to a science. Except this year she has decided not to speak to me since July. So I guess she won't be coming for Thanksgiving and Black Friday. It won't be the same...life is too short to act like you have forever.

i think this was the best deal we found last year on these at TRU...Target had a similar one but not until late, and it wasnt as good

as far as the wii games go...the buy 2 get one free deal at TRU seemed good, or at least as good as they got last year as far as the newer games. BF and the Friday sales at TRU had older games for cheap, but not anything but "filler" or "stocking" gifts for my kids. I have found that if I see a good deal on the game, I buy them, then return them if something better comes along. Makes for some work, but worth it for me to save the extra money!

Hi there, getting my son an Xbox for his bday in November....I think the one we want runs about $250, used to be $300. I saw a deal a month or so ago from Target where they were giving a free extra controler with purchase so I guess I'm looking for something like that. Where is the best deal on these??? THAnks!

I got this book for my son and nephew last year for Christmas, HUGE hit. The light sabers actually light up, way cool. Just be sure to keep it up on a shelf and use adult supervision with this one. It has SO many cool pop ups, we want to keep our in great shape.

I guess my point is that due to the overwhelming ad campaigns this year, I think there will be a lot of BF shoppers that might not usually go out and shop. I certainly don't think that I am the only one entitled to these deals. I simply meant that now EVERYONE knows just by watching TV. Whereas in many years past, you had to have an inside scoop and really do your research.

It seems like every year there are more and more commercials out there. I liked it when BF was not for the average Joe and you really had to do your research. It seems like those days are slipping away. More and more sales start early, preview this come see that. I'm really mad because it opens the door for more people out there and less deals for us. What really set me off was a commercial for Walmart where they say "Why shop anywhere else, make us your one stop shop. We will price match any competitors ad, just bring it in." That is going to bring in even MORE people to fight with. Thoughts?

I oanly want one thing, and of course went today to scope it out and they don't have it in store. I doubt they will get more toys in by then and it's a must have. I would like to buy online ahead of time, but with shipping costs, it kind diminishes the deal. Any ideas????

I tried to get the Littlest Pet shop packs, but they must be special only for BF. They were way up high, none on the floor.

Anyone know what time the Online prices show up???? And if you want a decent shipping rate, join the rewards club, they offer free shipping up to $15. Not a bad deal.
