I took a screenshot of the screen.... Now, last night it said to check back on Wednesday...NOW this morning it says Thursday, Dec. 22 I'm starting to think they may be leading us all on and dragging this out. I have gotten NOTHING in the mail with their flyer at all and if it's going to be this big of a sale, I would think they would be sending them out. We definitely got her more than we thought Hopefully our sons are too busy with their presents to count how many they have to compare LOL. She is also our last child (3's enough for me). We just keep buying for her, but at this point, we're going to take some of the gifts and put them away for her birthday. The sad part is that she got quite a few "large" learning toys and we've spent more on each boy than we did on her. That's our defense

I should mention that my mom did this too....but I never got the ornaments In fact, she sold her tree at an auction last year, so she doesn't even set one up and I still don't have my ornaments Needless to say, I'm not happy about it at all!

We do the jammies on Christmas morning...they always know they're going to get them though I was going to start the ornament thing last year, but I was on bedrest pregnancy, so I am definitely starting it this year!!! Thanks for the reminder

Thanks for the head up! My 4 year old is getting this from Santa this year, so I better make sure Santa doesn't forget Would rather spend $10 on an adapter instead of constantly buying batteries like we did with the plug n play games because of little boys always forgetting to turn them OFF...lol.

We haven't gotten any Of course, that's probably my fault since I haven't sent any the past 2 years I sent out a bunch this year (but not until today because I was waiting for the kids' Christmas pictures). So, I doubt I'll get any this year either. IF we do, I don't know what we'll do with them - probably display them on top of our entertainment center (since we wouldn't have that many).

LOL - you sound like my mom!!! She is a mall manager, so she gets sick of he holiday season by the day after Thanksgiving She used to bring home all the gifts and I'd have to wrap (even my own most of the time LOL) She just makes sure everything is in boxes, etc. Now that I live so far away (4 hours), I can't, but they have the gift wrapping in the mall. SO...she buys paper and has my older sister do it (she works in the gift wrapping stand) when she has time off

1/25/05 here :) .... and I know, it flew buy We did St. Nicks day here and she got a stuffed snowman and 4 board books already LOL. Did not see the Little People Christmas figurines - where did you get them from? They'd go great since I got her both the $10 LP sets from Walmart I was thinking about hitting Dollar Tree, but I'm not sure I want to do that for an infant (yes, I'm paranoid LOL). We have tons of sippy cups that she won't drink out of (I think we've tried every brand), and she just got her 2nd tooth, but gags on food. We don't do biter biscuits because our 4 year old choked really bad on one when he was a baby. These ideas are great!

None I've been sick so I haven't even felt like doing it, but it will be getting done in the next day or so!

Our daughter will be 11 months old exactly on Christmas. Now, with her 2 brothers (4 & 7), we have to do stocking stuffers. Any ideas as to what we could put in for an infant??? We have the boys figured out, but for an 11 month old little girl? Thanks in advance!

I know there's a lot of after Christmas sales, but I want to know about the "hot" toys of the year.... Our daughter turns 1 a month after Christmas and I'm wondering if the "hot" toys of the year would be on sale after Christmas??? This way, I'll wait until then to buy her birthday presents

Ya know....we have a Kohl's about 30 minutes from here and I never go there Not sure why...I've never had a bad experience, but I have to go to the city next week, so I may just hit it and see what I can find Of course, maybe the Christmas Season isn't the best time to do that since that's when i like to spend the most

They're gone for me too and I'm honestly kind of happy That gives more hope that there is something BIG in the works for Walmart!!! I still have to finish my shopping yet, so I may just wait until then Looks like another stakeout at 3am may be in order?!?!?! Good thing MIL has off that day to babysit

I'm guilty of not going anymore I know we should...really I do. I was brought up Catholic which that in itself is contraversial, but I was forced to go and I hated it when I was a kid. My kids are baptised lutheran and I want to make that switch. I miss going at Christmas - I always love the Christmas services when we can sing the Christmas songs :) My MIL plays organ at her church and I'm going to try to talk hubby into taking the kids to go on Christmas Eve and surprising her.

Let me just say this - I bought the HP for $88 at Walmart on BF and it only has 4X digital zoom (no optical zoom). I have seriously considered taking it back because I am NOT happy with it. It's my own fault for not researching though Definitely spend a little more and get a camera with optical zoom...even if it's a lower megapixel (like 4). I would gladly take a 4MP camera with optical zoom over this 5MP without optical.

So...did you all get your layaway from Walmart??? I know ours was not letting ANYTHING stay in layaway after Saturday. We had 9 "boxes" on ours, but there were only 3 actual "boxes" of things, desktop computer, and some other toys that were larger, so they didn't put them in boxes. We headed over there at 10am. Grandma came in to watch the kids and then I hid with them in their bedroom until hubby transferred all gifts to our room . We didn't get home until almost 1pm!!! The store is 10 minutes away from us so we were thinking we'd be in and out. There was no line at all either. I'm just glad it's done and over with and want to get things wrapped. However, being sick, I don't feel like wrapping

Not camping out....We're not getting one. We have a regular xbox and we hardly play that at all - 99% of the time our kids somehow have control of the tv We'll get one probably next year :) Good luck to you though! :)

I should be getting my portraits tomorrow in the mail and I was worried I wouldn't have them here before Christmas, but took that risk myself. They were shipped Tuesday evening (so, Wednesday). I'm expecting them either Saturday or Monday and then I can send out my cards too

Just curiously, how did you get 2 of them? I thought they were supposed to be 1 per person? Or was that up to each store to put limits? We had no problems with ours, but I was really nervous after seeing all these "lost layaway" stories. Luckily, all of our stuff was not lost, but we had 9 boxes, and an employee who didn't know how to do this stuff, so we were there forever!

Well, in 1st grade, a little girl told me, so I went to ask my mom and she said that wasn't true....so I told my sister and she told me that there was no Santa. However, I don't think I ever stopped believing. I'm one that still wakes up on Christmas Day hoping to find something magical to have happened....and normally, there's something that has happened.

I always get our cats something - last year I got the pet stocking from walmart, but all the toys fell apart so I'm going to get them a few things that are better quality...I really want to get them a Kitty Condo (we have a 2 hole one right now, but that doesn't work well for 3 cats). Hubby thinks I'm kinda weird, but oh well

Yep, I do. LOL Simple as that. They don't get many things other than their birthday and Christmas, so yes we do. This year, I said I would limit it to $50 per child. Yeah right LOL!!! On BF alone, we spent about $100 each (3 kids) and I know for a fact that I'll be getting more for them I just can't help it - Christmas is about the kids in this house - and I love to see their faces light up
