any trick on using the coupon AND google checkout together? If I use the coupon code, Google doesn't give me the -$10

LOL... my kids used to say "cheap" too... but now say "thrifty" and "frugal"... and they are always amazed by my deals... but I have discovered something... when they know that you get deals... it seems like they don't appreciate the items as much as if you paid a zillion dollars for them. I dunno, it's like, they open them and smile, etc... set them aside... and I heard them saying "she got it for probably free you know"... these are like 20 yrs old... but I'll tell you... It's all my fault.. I over indulge them... well... "frugally" but damn... I have decided from now on, I'm keeping my deals in a journal or something... and not sharing them with anyone. Let them think I'm REALLY spending beyond my limits. but doesn't that cause it's own issues too? This sucks, sometimes. I wish I could go back to just crocheting stuff... and gifts from my kitchen... in fact next year, I think I will do that. Just blowing steam.

i think it's another of those "you get what you pay for." I personally loved the little sample packets... and had ordered a few trial size perfumes that i really liked. but for the most part, think "stocking stuffer", not outright-gift. unless you are stingy, over pay over $10 for items.

I signed up for Prime DUE TO this order... and still didn't get it.

my order of two got canceled. no notification, nothing. and i ordered right after the OP posted. i saw my order had cancelled, and checked my account on amazon. so i called them asking why it didnt show the trikes, only to be told is was a price mistake and that they DO NOT notify of those. great... how do we know what is a price mistake, and what is a good deal? just wait for it not to show up?

The best deal i found, after hitting all over the net, is buy.com with the google checkout deal. there is more YMMV deals, with buy.com with other codes (see naughty codes.com) but i got tired of trying. i got it for $45 shipped (game). Yes, by the way, you can use both guitars at the same time. My son, who is 14, and really talented, and has his own band, LOVES this game. In fact, they play this more than they practice. It all feels educational to me, after watching, so ... what the hey! PS... i got him the demo disc free, in a PS2 magazine. i think it was PS2 World. it is still available i believe. and worth the $7 i paid a winco for it. :)

Area code 98626; went in today for the cheap fans... 104degree-record breaking weather here. I was the first one there when the doors opened and the ad just came out yesterday... NO FANS LEFT! So i decided to peruse... and found a TON of stuff. Diapers- $20-$26 for huggies, etc... HUGE 144pc packages (too bad my 10 yr old daughter refuses to wear them... tsk... suck a good deal).... and HUGE beach towels for around $5-11 (depending on style and size) and even more stuff. I was a bit frustrated as I had a bunch of stuff in my cart, but the employees had the aisles clogged while they were trying to stock shelves, and I had to leave my cart in the end... AND SOMEONE TOOK IT!.. so i just left with nothing. after two hours of collecting deals, I just had no energy to retrace my steps and get them again. SO irritating! Actually I am glad I still have the money I was going to spend. I'm getting a motel with A/C and an indoor pool tomarrow instead!!! (with free internet access... hahaha!)

I'm sorry.. but your comment is so funny. I got some at my local Dollar Tree Store a year ago and none of them survived the first use... like you, I experienced the hot glue error. But I just tossed them... hell with regluing them. If they would work as expected, I would have tried... but I figured you get what you pay for. You know, .96-cents is still a dollar (roughly) burned on the wood pile if you have to toss it)... and that's why I chose to pass this deal. Those of you that got what you ordered and are happy... THREE CHEERS TO YOU! Cuz this kind of stuff is always crap when i get it.
