  1. I will have my CC which I pay off after the holidays. It should be at 0 and rarin' to go. (I have no idea the amount, truely -- depends on the ads and who I have on the list that I haven't bought for yet).
  2. I go to Kmart, have for a long time. I had to work it when I was a cashier so after I quit working there I knew they were opened that day and have been most years.
  3. yes, and it was a large door buster that was limited in quantity. I can try but if I'm waiting it's also usually for a limited quantity so if they still have it once I secure my stuff I will but I make no promises!
  4. I'd like it if I knew what time a line started forming. LOL! Like that's possible but you know, 2am the day before thanksgiving seems INSANE to me. I wish they could say, no it starts at 7pm on T'giving or whatever so these poor people would get their family time and also their deals. Heaters outside. At least a few spaced down the line. Party atmosphere as it gets closer to opening time. I'd love to have the loud speakers out with some wake up it's almost time to get in music. More 10 item or less lines. Really, those that are in for a few things would LOVE to get out quicker and being behind someone with a lot of stuff makes it drag so much! Also ENFORCE the express lanes. Seriously, lady with a bunch of groceries should find another lane. Heck, Police at all of the big stores. I have seen those pesky line jumpers MOCK the people in line. Oh I know it's been years but I still remember like it was yesterday they were saying, I've been warm and in my own bed and I'm getting in before you. Yes this was before the tickets at best buy, but really some of "those people" do it at Target or other places without the tickets and I just wanted to punch them. Regular employees don't scare them, they know that they can't lay hands on them. We need the police!!
  5. leave around 3:30am and get back home around 10:30am. I have a preschoolers and they're up by 8:30 so I know daddy it itchin' for me to get home and I'm ready for them to nap when I walk in. So I can too!
  6. I SO wanted one while I was pregnant and had little ones, anyone on the fence, get it! They're neat!

  13. http://www.toyservice.ms/ I don't know if it's the best deal, but when I needed powerwheels parts this is where I went. They had what I needed in stock and were really nice. It took a few weeks to get it if I remember correctly, but I had moved and had to email Papa Joe and he even changed the shipping to my new address....good customer service.
  14. I'm on the fence on this one. On one hand I see where it's a good way to earn some cash for time, IE - working But on the other hand nothing is more frustrating to someone in line than someone behind you getting something you came for in plenty of time had the ones up front just let it go if they didn't want it. UGH!
  15. anyone get any minute maid drink boxes lately? it's been about a month since I've seen any and I've been looking hard. Just wondering if they're still out there.
  16. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I will wear it with pride!!
  17. I have been doing BF since I could drive and even before with my mom a little, so at least 15 years. WOW!
  18. Line cutters. Some stores have wised up and made it better but Best Buy back a few years back before they started giving tickets and stuff. UGH!!! I am sorry but STILL to this day I can see those people mocking us that had been in line all night and running in.
  19. Watch the websites the night before to see if they have changed their prices online. Sure you may pay shipping (But a lot of places have free shipping around that time) but think of the hours you're not wasting while buying in your warm house in your PJs. Check Gottadeal.com's message boards if you have cell phone internet or laptop with Wifi - they sometimes will have people in lines chatting on the boards. Helps the time pass. Dress in layers, especially don't forget a few pair of socks! It gets cold out there. Ask the first employee you see where the ____ is located. That way you aren't running around aimlessly looking while others are buying up the item you want. Run! Surely you've seen these people who are crazy enough to run. Become one. Oh yeah, Walmart pricematches! Only 1 item you "need" at another store. Cut down on that and either spend $1 more elsewhere or pricematch Make a list before of the stores you want to visit and the items you want. Then re-write it based on how bad you want it and the hours the stores open. This is your gameplan, try to stick to it! Don't forget family and friends. Ask them to come along or buy for them. Christmas is coming so you need to get stuff for others too!
  20. Cheap Blu-Ray player, star wars stuff, a ceiling fan for my son, lol! I just can't wait to see if there's any really great things!
