I haven't seen a post from my OE either but it shows as delivered. Worried that they don't like it. I got a card today from Chief Elf. Very nice to get as I wasn't on the card list this year. Needed the smile also...

Mine have both made according to usps and one has posted. Might have missed the other.

Laptop still down but my brother did get stuff out for me so at least no elves should be needed on my part. Now to try to get my own Christmas organized.

Got my ornaments also. Sorry I haven't posted sooner. Been sick and still working. Laptop has died again but will try to get pics as they are on the tree.

Im going to be last minute too. Been sick since Sunday. Hoping to mail on Saturday but if not will definitely mail it sunday even if I have to beg my brother to go mail it.

I got my ss gift tonight. Some great eye shadows. Its a good thing since ive needed to get some and really stink at trying new things! Can't wait to try them out this weekend! Thank you secret Santa.

Sams at 5 in the afternoon had most of their BF stuff, not tons but not sold out either. I was there for their rotisserie turkey, I mean chicken on steroids.... Oh and other lovely things such as kitty litter. Michaels was more picked over but again, still had a lot of their stuff. My brother ended up in their clearance section though and scored some nice cake pans and specialty baking stuff. I got some ribbon to do a Christmas mini top hat for a party next week....

Well I was mostly online checking stuff which is how I ended up doing a lot of my shopping last year. Got 3 flash drives (2 of the big bang theory for stockings and one plain), also got 3 battery back up things (2 tired to think) and lots ofGot 2 corsets from Damsel in this Dress on Etsy, and a hat from MaD Hatter as well as 2 fascinators from the Fascinating Wench. Seems like I ordered something else too but I'm brain dead. Went to Sam's this afternoon for grocery type items and then to Michaels for odds and ends.

I might not ship until Wed the 4th as I work Mon-Tues til 6 but I always ship priority anyway since I'm always at the last minute on the packing part...

My kids also told me that the stockings were the best part so I'm glad that I did decide to keep them.... Especially since anything big has to wait until March.

Mine arrived Saturday although we didn't get it out of the mail box until yesterday.

I always thought of a gift card as part of the gift, not to replace a gift unless the information given really didn't give any insight into the person.... Ex, if a person loves coffee and mentions Krispy Kreme, etc, I would think about a small gift card and a mug or something, or if they don't drink coffee but love Fanta orange, maybe a small card to get Fanta at Walmart etc. I have done that at work.... But there was always something else included, even if it's just a book that they mentioned or an album. For me it's the only surprise and even if I totally hated the gift (which has never happened) I would want a physical gift.

Well since mine is Omar the tentmaker size I will be among the last if he started with the smalls...LOL... Oh well don't need it til Thanksgiving week.

Since this is Hypothetical I need 3 ipad minis from Target at @299.00 each. And then I would just spend the rest on itunes cards to make them all happy...

Well I might make a run to Walgreens for a couple of things on Thursday and maybe go over to JCP for a snow globe (I live less than 1/2 mile from a mall now and the JCP is at the end closest to me). Other than that I will help Brad with the site that week, I work during the day m-w but will plan to be awake from then on. We order a meal from Publix which my oldest will reheat along with my brother and I will live on caffeine until sometime Friday afternoon/evening or maybe Saturday if the action is good....

The Death Note movies are pretty good also, the live action ones...We have them and have watched them a few times... I like an anime East of Eden but the boys are a bit tired of it.... One that is rather bloody but was interesting and is only one season was Claymore. I like it because they are women and not fluff brains.

Well at least now I feel I'm in good company. I'm really trying hard since I'm the main Christmas person ever since my Dad died (16 years ago) and now with my mom gone too and my husbands health it's so hard..... A few sparks have tried to take hold but not lasting yet..... Going to find an ipod cord, mine is evidently at work and get my CHristmas playlist onto my nano and see if that helps...

The Christmas Card is probably my favorite. Another that I like but don't know if it was a Hallmark but it's where I found it is the The Santa Suit.

Guess how many drinks it takes to get Brad through black friday week..... Not alcoholic, that's for after Black Friday.

Does he watch the anime also or just read the manga. Mine did both at that age (my oldest watched in Japanese online). We bought the Fullmetal Alchemist DVDs and they still watch them. Also Naruto, we don't have all the DVD for that. But a lot of others.... I like some of them myself...

Don't know am in a Christmas funk a bit myself, mine is more exhaustion and financial stuff but it's hard and my kids are not as much of Christmas junkies as me either....Haven't even been hanging out here like I would normally do....sighs.

I like the gift card with itunes purchase, we are down to that kind of stuff for Christmas...
