  1. Those Vegas prices are a little steep! I was considering Ebay, but don't know if that will work for a profit.

Yeah I know! Was thinking of selling one of my field tix for Dodger Stadium, but with the already steep Ticketmaster price and Ebay/PayPal fees eating almost 10%, I'll be lucky to break even. Lucky, I think I have a friend interested in buying.

And great...they add a Staples Center date. Staples is 1/3 the size of Dodger Stadium and of course they annouce the way bigger gig first to ensure that will sell out.

  2. I went to the Staples BF two years ago and there was already a long line before 6am. But I think that was because there was a Circuit City across the street. I was gonna go to CC first but the line was so long, I went to Staples across the street.
  3. I've purchases many many many gift cards on Ebay with no problems. I make sure the seller has good feedback, doesn't list the gift card number in the description, look at the expiration dates, and I use PayPal in case something goes wrong. I've purchased Victoria's Secret, GAP, Express, Target, Macy's, Starbucks, Ticketmaster, Claim Jumpers, Walgreens gift cards with no problems. Also sold a few for close to full value on Ebay as well.
  4. Mercury Insurance is cheap, but I've have a friend who has had problems dealing with their claims department. I usually call around, get quotes online and compare them on a spreadsheet. Mercury and esurance.com were among the cheapest I've found. Or if you have a home insurance policy, call up your agent and see if your insurance company will offer you a deal. I use Wawanesa Insurance but they only offer policies to good drivers in California and Oregon.
  5. I just use my George Foreman grill and find that it works great. I also

use it for making quesedillas as well as meats, veggies, sandwiches etc.

Saves on counter space and money too :tongue1:

HA! I was gonna say the same thing. I use my George Foreman Grill mostly for grilled cheese sandwiches. Don't use it for fish though....takes forever to remove the smell. Bleh.
  6. Also, there is no subway from Dulles airport to DC (not planned until 2016 or so-if at all). The Washington Flyer bus is the "approved" bus that you can take, but I'd bet it is significantly more than $1.50 these days.

Actually, I took a Metro bus from Dulles to a Metro station. Then transferred to a train to DC. Looks like it currently costs $4.70 ($1.25 for disabled and seniors).
  7. thanks for the link...

what do you usually go for new with tags or new without tags. because i noticed the new with tags has the same price as the bebe website... and the ones which say without tags .. are they genuinely new.. what has yr experience been if any ?

I prefer to buy new..doesn't really matter to me if there are tags or not. Some times they'll be a slash or a marker thru the labels to prevent in-store returns (you'll see this at discounters such as Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc) and a good seller will state this in their descriptions. Also it's good if the clothing was stored in a pet-free, smoke-free home. If it doesn't state this in the description, you can ask the seller.
