Brad Pitt..without all of the kids and Angelina want him all too myself 5. David Beckham..without that bony Posh Spice she needs a sandwich

Oh and decided to use my back pack purse to go hands free for BF...nothing can slow me down!! lol!

Aww don't be depressed! Seriously, I got some great deals online last year and I plan to expand my online BF purchasing this year! It was so easy! It beats standing in the cold, getting pushed around. I just sat in my kitchen, grabbed some Thanksgiving leftovers (mmm pumpkin pie!) got on my laptop and shopped away! I bought most of my neices and nephews gifts online. The added bonus is Gottadeal has the info on those great deals and all u have to do is click on the link and your there!

I bought more things online last year than in years past. It all depends what you are going after. Of course you won't find the doorbuster stuff but, there is sooo much to be had. I purchased items from Walmart, Best Buy, and Amazon. Had no problems. I will definetly do the same this year. P.S. Saying a prayer for your surgery!! Keep us posted!

I vow to be xtra nice to the employees at the stores I shop at. Normally I am nice but, on BF I am sure there are people who aren't nice to the staff. I like the idea of bringing them goodies may have to do that. Also, I choose a charity that I donate something to. This year I vow to go above and beyond. I am planning on sending care packages to our troops. My friend is being deployed and I am sure he and his squad would love some stuff for the holidays!!

Ahh soooo many stories but two that really stick out: Three years ago my friend wanted to go BF shopping with me. My friend is notoriously late for everything. I told her that I am like a machine on BF (the Terminator is more like it! LOL.) I said if she wasn't there by the time we agreed upon, I was moving forward. On BF I called her 15 min. before I arrived at Target, no answer. I arrived at Target no friend. I went in got what I needed and moved on. I was at Bath and Body Works when she called. She was at Target looking for me. I told her I had moved on. She was pretty upset with me but, I told her "Hey this is Black Friday, I warned you I am a pretty agressive today, your late.. I moved on." Needless to say she hasn't joined me since. My favorite story is actually coming home after shopping one year. My dad was up and I showed him all of the goodies I snagged. We had coffee and chatted. We really bonded that morning. He recently just passed and I think of that morning with much happiness. P.S. Looooving all of these stories!! Sure is getting me in the mood for BF!!!

I did the Amazon thing as well..got some really great deals. My nephew wanted the Monopoly game Clone Wars version. Amazon had it half the price then the stores. I will be checking out Amazon this year.

OMG!! All of the Northeastern Ohioians!! Niles/Warren!! I will probably be in Boardman/Austintown! My sister will be in Avon!!

Ok we have a thread of regrets (things we regret buying) so how about a thread for items that were just great, still working and you were happy you made the purchase.

Something else I do is on the back of the index card I make my notes..like if I know the location of the item or quantity I want to buy or who it's for. Have to be prepared!! LOL!

Yeah I think this BF thing gets in your blood and it's something we jones for year long. I am ready to start sending emails asking for Christmas ideas from friends and family.

Luckily Iam the one who makes the scheduling for my department. So guess who has BF off!!

I bought a camera from Best Buy and it worked for a few months and then it died. It was a special gift I gave to my little sister (I do volunteer work for Big Brothers and Big Sisters) and I was soooo upset!! Here is a kid that doesn't have much and she looooves photography and taking pictures. I thought this would be something she could really enjoy and the thing breaks after 4 months

I save my change. I usually start saving it from the previous Christmas. I usually have a couple of hundred dollars by the time Black Friday rolls around. If I don't feel like wrapping them I take them to my local Coin Star and by gift cards with them. Or I wrap them and take them to the bank and get my cold hard cash!! LOL

For me I buy spiral bound index cards. I have one for each store I take the sales ad and cut out what I am interested in and glue them to the index cards. Then I go to each store with the appropriate index card pack..No more fighting with those pesky paper ads. I just flip thru my cards. I also take a big purse so I can put bottle water, snacks and hand warmers in it!!

Totally agree with the other posters regarding the "preshaping" Makes the "girls" look great under clothes. Love these bras...they do wear nice and last awhile.

Oh yes!! I wait for this sale every year and stock up!! Just in time too...just ran out of shower gel. Thanks for the heads up!!

Well Walmart has beaten me into submission. Normally I avoid Walmart like the plague but, this year I will be in line. Walmart then Kmart...Looking forward to seeing everyone in line!!

By myself.. I dont want anyone to slow me down..lol....Last Thanksgiving at Aunt Martha's house, I was spreading my ads out and everyone was poo-pooing BF.."I can't believe you get up that early to go shopping" Then they were looking at the ads and saying "Since your out can you pick up...." and I said "No!! If you want it that badly, I will see you in the line tomorrow." Then my friend wanted to go with me last year and she is notoriously late. I told her I will meet her at the store at such and such time. I went to the store when she didnt show..I continued on my plan (cannot deviate from the plan!) Then she called asking where I was..I told her I had moved to the next store because she was late..Sorry I just cant wait for someone..gotta keep going!! LOL Gosh this makes me sound harsh..but whoever said BF is a full contact sport is not kidding!! I cant wait around for people...those deals go fast!! I guess If I had someone who is dedicated to BF as I am..well I guess I wouldnt mind them coming with me..

Well I usually have a good idea for a game plan thanks to the Black Friday boards here. TG I fine tune my plan and on BF armed with my many ads I head out super early. I go alone because I dont want anyone to slow me down. Last year a friend asked to go..she is notortiously late for everything..I told her I was on a strict schedule and she could meet me at the store..of course she showed up late and I had moved on to the next store. Usually a stop at Krispy Kreme head to dads and we have some donuts and he checks out what I bought. Edited to add: Oh the binder thing is such a great idea!! Will have to do that this year!! I am getting tired of my car looking like I live out of it because of all of the scattered newspaper ads!!
